I recently discovered your RUclips channel while attempting to learn about perspective. I can't begin to describe how wonderful and awesome your explanations are. For months, I've been searching for a RUclips channel that could explain things in a way I could truly grasp, and it has finally happened! I practiced drawing figures using perspective, and thanks to you, I now understand how to do it. Please never stop teaching us; as someone mentioned here, your channel is a hidden gem on RUclips.
Sir, you're just precious. You really are. Every time I watch a tutorial of yours my mind opens a little bit more about the mentality behind art. It's such a precious thing to learn about, 'cause in schools they mostly talk about perspective, anatomy and all sort of things, except the mental work and philosophy of it. Thank you so much for sharing all this with us.
I really like the way you sort of guide yourself into a good state of mind for making the backgrounds. Tapping into that intuitive current by connecting with the moment, the characters, the world we're creating... that essence is what let's us draw out a complete image of the world.
thanks for your videos Mr Mcburnie they have been such a great help. have you ever considered doing a video on designing your own characters like overall what makes a good character design?
Yeah I should do some character stuff again soon! I have a lot of stuff I can make on character design. Trying to find the schedule time to create more than one video per week :)
Wow, there's a ton of awesome knowledge here. I'm really drawn to the idea of a digital comic tutorial that delves deep into the Japanese comic style. They've honed it so well due to their intense focus, and I'd love to see a tutorial that highlights their expertise in clever paneling and streamlined chapter guidance, all with a distinct Artistic fla-
I saw you've explored manga previously, but let's take it to the next level by drawing insights from the finest talents. Renowned artists such as Tatsuki Fujimoto, Kim Jung Gi, and David Choe have truly mastered their art. To enhance the tutorial's depth, we could also delve into the creative genius of Hirohiko Araki, Hayao Miyazaki, Rumiko Takahashi, and Yoko Tanji. Each of these artists brings a distinct flavor to the Asian artistic landscape.
Hi Codex..good point and topic, wanted more to think about. Dang, okay I'll read a book. Oh'oooo,I know how to get more, watch the video a few times. It would have been nice to cover how your palette can affect the emotion of the story. Hay, I'm getting a book finally on how to write sci-fi and fantasy. I'm hoping this will help with my comic book character.
