This Tutorial Helps To Fix Steam Game Not Launching
Method 1:
1.Open Task Manager
2.End Task Steam
Method 2:
1.Press Windows Logo Key + R
2.Type %localappdata%
3.Delete The Steam Folder
Method 3:
1.Type This PC In Windows Search
2.Open Local Disk (C:)
3.Open Program Files (x86)
4.Open Steam Folder
5.Right Click On "appcache" And Click Delete
Method 4:
1.Open Steam
2.Right Click On The Game And Then Click Properties
3.Click Local Files
4.Then Click Browse
5.Right Click On The Game .exe File And Then Click Properties
6.Click Compatibility Tab
7.Tick Run This Program As An Administrator And Then Click Apply

1.Open Steam
2.Right Click On The Game And Then Click Properties
3.Click Local Files
4.Then Click Browse
5.Right Click On The Game .exe File And Then Click Properties
6.Click Compatibility Tab
7.Tick Run This Program In Compatibility Mode For And Then Select Windows 8 And Then Click Apply

4.Then Click Verify Integrity Of Game Files

1.Type Run Programs Made For Previous Versions Of Windows In Windows Search

3.Click Not Listed And Then Click Next
4.Click Browse
5.Click Local Disk (C:)

7.Open Steam Folder
8.Open Steamapps
9.Open Common
10.Open The Game Folder
11.Click On The Game .exe File And Then Click Open
12.Click Test The Program
13.After The Game Runs
14.Press Ctrl + Alt + Tab
15.And Then Click Next
16.After That Click Yes, Save These Settings For This Program

Omg i want to cry no one of thiss methodes none worked in any methodes i get this error:
The code execution cannot proceed beacause steam_api.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
And what i can doing for this error?and how i can reinstall game
