I have found the real working method !!! Just delete display adapter in Device manager (search in windows). Then restart PC. I use AMD driver so the systems automically reinstall AMD Radeon Software through Microsoft Appstore. I dont know what happens if I try to install the lastest version of Radeon software on official website.
