I'm waiting for Lee to start a new religion. We could have a decent cult if we work together and put our minds to it

Lee's an absolute legend!! If he had another 2'' height, he would have slayed them all.

@@sinepari9160 oh yeah, no doubt. Incredible symmetry and size. He was so huge yet still looked pleasing. I saw him a couple weeks ago in Nashville and he honestly still looks great.

Phones should be banned from gyms, phones and - loud - gym music are the reasons I am dreaming about home gym. Kinda sad that people are addicted to social media this much, I don't even bring mine to the gym.

Lee is absolutely right about phones during workout session.
i use it only when im training in "not my gym" where the music is shitty, and i dont like it. so i had to use headphones, and sometimes change the songs.
i work in small budget gym which is kinda oldschool, and im allowed to set up any music when im there, so its all like it was in 2005-2012 times, and only heavy music which suitable for lifting, not some dance club bullshit popular in gyms novadays.
    thanks for the vid!

Lee is spot on and it's one of the main reasons I am thankful to have built up my home gym. With some creativity I can do any movement I could do at a big box gym. I haven't been in a gym in 3 years since building out my setup and I hear from my buddies who still go and say how awful it is with people on their phones scrolling and also setting up all the tri pods to record, because everyone thinks they're "special" and an "influencer" 🙄

Absolute freaking legend. This man should be the CEO of bodybuilding worldwide. We've had a bunch of powerlifters in the gym I've trained in, and they can take 5-10 minutes between lifts, but a bodybuilder or just average guy 2 MINUTES max between sets.

What Lee is saying applies to every aspect of current life. The world has changed more in the last 20 years than any period of human history, and its infuriating.

If you can't dedicate 1 hour in a day to go to the gym without looking at your phone, you don't belong in a gym.

Safer bench press than a bar across your neck, though disagree about the phone/music thing - I use earbuds that let me control music without touching the phone --- my music motivates me in my way to work harder -- the Parkers in the gym ( people on a machine scrolling social media rather than using the machine - they have parked their arse on the machine ) are annoying
