Thanks for posting this! I have cerebral palsy and use forearm crutches - I've got 'stronger than average' wrists and hands, but I started walking less after going WFH since the pandemic - so finding ways to strengthen my wrists and hands again will be helpful in the long-run! #ConstantlyPositive
Thank you very much for your videos on strengthening the hands and fingers. I had been shown a couple of exercises using therapy putty, but you've shown me others I had not seen. I'll be incorporating these into my routine. Any additional videos you're willing to put together (I know it takes time to do this) to help with arthritic fingers and cmc arthritis would be much appreciated. Thanks again.

I have another video of putty exercises that may have that one in it. I am not exactly sure which one you are needing. Is it the one where you squeeze the fingers together into the putty?
Thank you! If my joints are really painful the next day, creating sharp pains in the little muscles and joints when I try to repeat the exercises, does that mean I overdid it the day before? Or is that the normal reaction when adjusting to these exercises? Should I wait a few days for the pain to dissipate, or should I push through? Thank you
Ashlee McKenna Hi and thank you for your comment! You may be a little sore however sharp pains may be a sign of overdoing it. Make sure you ease into it. Try the exercises for just a minute or two for 2 or 3 times a day then slowly increase your time. Also make sure you start with a lighter resistance putty instead of a very hard one. The colors mean they are of different strengths. Hope that helps!
Would this work for trying to build muscle back up in fleshy part of thumb after broken wrist and now carpal tunnel. I have been doing flossing exercises, but need to work on thumb and hand strength.
