1:48 to approx. 2:41 is exactly what happened to a young US private during Fallujah, or at least according to a History Channel documentary I watched on the battle. A squad was moving through a house when the private noticed the barrel of an AK-47 sticking out from the doorway. He saved the lives of his squad by warning them just before the militant lobbed a grenade through the crack and ran. The private suffered only minor shrapnel wounds in his back. Just FYI, the Marines used AAV-7P's, rather than Bradleys. And the Abrams tanks never got into the city itself, they were held up on the other side of a river by heavy mortar and RPG fire. (I think that's what happened, but I can't remember for sure, so correct me if I'm wrong) Still another great video, and I look forward to more from you in the future!
i was expecting this to be bizzare and pointless. actually this was very good. really captured some of the relentless pressure. i have to say great job!!
I really liked it, the variety of shots was awesome! Better than anything I can do (haha :( ). I would maybe suggest moving the guns a bit when they are spraying, because they just sit there for a few frames not moving their bodies at all.
Chris Autenrieth thanks, I try to make these as respectful as possible. A lot of my videos are based on real conflicts and I hope to help educate and spread awareness about the bravery of the men involved
My Dad fought in Fallujah
LobsterInstinct Did he die? This is, Mysteries of the Iraq War.
Your dad is a badass. Respect!
We respect him ✊

Good CQC fighting there. Awesome mate.
The scene starting at 1:40 was in a documentary on Fallujah. You made that scene perfectly!
Yeah they were all from the shootout documentary
This is great! The combat scenes in this, I know they're based off the show "Shootout: Fallujah."
I'm really impressed you knew what documentary I based this on!
I've watched that documentary 5 times.

Yeah I based this on: Shootout battle of fallujah the documentary
Yep, that's the documentary I was thinking of. Very cool that you would go the extra mile for realism like that!

I cannot unhear the battlefield lines and sound effects used in this video. I've played it too much.
Dayum you added new stuff in this one like the FPS cam and the poses really looks good!
I really liked it, the variety of shots was awesome! Better than anything I can do (haha :( ). I would maybe suggest moving the guns a bit when they are spraying, because they just sit there for a few frames not moving their bodies at all.

@@dwalker771 I didn't know Lego had guns like that.

That was awesome make more of this please.
Awesome! The casualties in the last one though.
Yeah it's based loosely on fact, that last one was a bad day for that squad, something like 10 wounded 3 kia

Thanks my man
I just wanna know where he gets those army men

The marines wouldn't use a Bradley
well they did...
dwalker771 they would use a LAV but love the bradley design
They used bradley's in fallujah, and most of iraq to be honest
Bradleys were used in iraq but not by marines
Probably the army lend it to them??
Grenade ! Oh shit!
Nice
Good

Awesome! When will you make the next Lego black hawk down video?
I think I'm going to try and start work on it tomorrow
That's great! I'm so excited!
Why mid you break off the barrel iron sight on the AK 47s
hard to get the pieces I use for muzzle flashes on when the iron sight is there
2:42 can I ask a question? I think this is an actual war story from History channel.
"The long road home."
Can you make more of THIS stuf
Cool, where do you get the helmets?
How did you build the Bradley and the Abrams?
Why didn't you use the brickarms saw
Did you do the plot and voice acting or?
based on real events

Probably not, but on my second channel there is instructions for an M113 APC
Where did you get all of that stuff to make it??!!
