@@vehcor 65 convertible mustang still in your life/shop ? ( youtube listed the last update as a year ago and it's okay if it's not weekly updates as i get it it's for your family and not a high paying/priority client/car like my/family's 1-6 ish modified vehicles are )
it's not my way of V8/ect swapping/moding as a mechanic 👨‍🔧and not a body guy at all aka good with car/automotive ( or millwright/industrial manufacturing plant equipment ) guts but not painting/shaping ect but still interesting ideas and based off mopar's ( mine is a 69 RB-hemi+TR6070 swap ) charger's as others have taken a 1965-75 and placement on to a hellcats results are hit or a miss in things like state-tags ( some cop's/officials have stripped both titles&vin's for roadworthynes aka race car or parts car or certification of destruction up to impounding ) or insurance or resale values ect
      would this's work for reskin'ing a Tesla's or 1968 convertible ford mustang to Tesla's guts like a plad/model-3 ? so the wife ( my wife's and kids ) can have a reliable long-distance lower-ish-powered-hp BEV

I would like to take this time to thank you, and many others for keeping me going. I have Stage 3 Type "A" Melanoma cancer, and I've taken my tablet everywhere to all of my treatments, doctors and hospital visits. All of you guys (Vice Grip, Flying Sparks, Iron Trap, etc.) have kept me going. There's been many times where the person next to me has leaned over to watch, women included. Much better than the clock. I often feel that you're speaking to me directly. Thanks again, and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...

Scott - you do fantastic work, period. The vehicles you work on are completed to standard of a new one. Moreover, the fact that you're not a RUclipsr but rather an expert who happens to share videos of his work makes your channel interesting. Also, the Afternoon Crew helps 😁.
Personally I enjoy watching you convert damaged vehicles to ones that I'd like to own. Why? You pass along tips and techniques that are usable by us lesser talented folks and, as you mentioned, you make money. Win, Win.
Mustang or rebuilding a damaged vehicle, your call. I'll be here every Friday.

Totally agree. Doesn’t matter what the car is, every video is a detailed practical lesson. Sad that the “want it now” RUclips video watchers are so vocal. I don’t care how long the mustang takes. The longer the better, because we’ll get more quality content from Scott. Family comes first, and supporting them is far more important than bowing to viewer complaints. Do you think any of the whiners have ever picked up a welder, or attempted a project car? I’ve restored 3 now, with lots of welding & bodywork on all of them. I appreciate every tip that Scott shares. He probably could have saved me a few months if I knew that info earlier….

@@commodorenut the sad thing is that the mindset of these idiotic kids is all over RUclips in every car channel that I subscribe to and give every creator the same trouble and want everything done in two weeks!! That’s how you know they aren’t car guys in the first place cause even rookie car guys understand that building, restoring, or modifying any car is a process and every process in life takes time, whether you like it or not, it takes a tremendous amount of time!
So piss on the kiddo’s! Let’s not worry bout what they cry about cause all they really want is for momma to change their crappy diaper again!

Yes, I'd like to see more of the Mustang project, but don't let it cause problems (or at least more problems than a typical project car causes) by getting too focused on it. I'm glad to see more of this project. I also get that this complicated/time consuming/so freakin' much detail build can't happen without the bread and butter work that pays the bills.... so when you can show the progress I appreciate it. The builders are fun to watch too, but this thing's a serious engineering lesson.

Continue as you are Scott, the Mustang will be fantastic when you finish building, just as all you builds with attention to details and without short cuts!
Merry Christmas to you and the family, stay safe over there.

I love to see projects like the Mustang but would be happy to see them when they're fitted in, after all everybody has to earn a crust. Just keep doing what you're doing mate.

Like the Mustang and you seem on track to do one of the better new/old chassis blends. But I get the business model. Hope to see it again.

I love all your videos, but especially the body swap videos. I appreciate you tackling a project like this the right way and not hacking the body on in way that makes it looks funky in the end. Really great stuff!
I hope the goal is reached, I'll definitely be sharing your videos

I think what I like the most is the attention to detail and meticulous work being put into it. While I'd love to see weekly videos on it, all the stuff on this channel is great so it's not like we're losing out on good stuff to watch. Sucks that you have to constantly explain yourself about why you don't work 24/7 on it though...

Buddy - I subscribed to your channel because I enjoy watching you do what you do and it has given me a few tips and tricks along the way. I also enjoy your sense of humour when it raises its eyes over the top of the project to deliver a few one liners in voice-over. Your channel is unique and whatever you do, do it for yourself. I always reckoned if I ever started a RUclips channel it would be because I had something I wanted to share in my own way and I wouldn't be swayed by public opinion. It's gotta be tough to do sometimes, though.....but as you say, your bread and butter comes first. I didn't know of this build, so now I will go hunt them down and watch THOSE episodes too! All the best and just keep the content coming in whichever way works.

If anything, your videos are never boring! Totally understandable that you work on it as schedules allow. And after all the work it will take to finish, keep it when its done! Unless I win the lottery LOL.

Just discovered your channel. I’m enjoying the 65 Mustang rebuild on S550 chassis . I know you are not a RUclipsr, but did you finish? I can’t find an episode 19.

Keep doing your rebuild projects, that's your bread and butter and what keeps it all going.
The mustang is a novelty project, there's not a ton of people that are going to watch it regularly.
This has nothing to do with the challenge of what you're accomplishing, its looking at what gains you high consistent views.

This is one of my favorite series on RUclips and would hate to see this come to an end. I would rather see fewer episodes with a longer time space in between them. It just seems like you are on the right track with this conversion over what others have done. I know what it's like being busy. If I was closer, I'd come and help drill spot welds :) Keep up the great work Scott! I watch all your videos and I scream at my TV when you don't wear gloves or clean parts! It's my hobby.
