FUN FACT! The reason Superman can hold up bridges and cars and trains and trucks etc whilst holding them in a less stable weight distribution than what caused them to fall apart in the first place is because the way he flies is manipulation of strong-electromagnetic-force, if I remember correctly. This also means that versions of Ironman and similar characters which try to explain how they stay upright with thrusters all over the suit alone, actually make less sense when holding large objects, because the reason isn't simply, as Ironman Armoured Adventures put it: "Anti-gravity tech". (Edit): It also means that in the Superman horror parody: Brightburn, the lights flickering is more of an aftereffect of a less sophisticated and/or less experienced control of a power which Superman does already have, meaning it isn't a new power just for that character, but just a different use of the same power. Also, if Superman had a phone which charged wirelessly, he'd probably overcharge it whilst flying, meaning if he had to switch to a company issued phone with that capability, he'd probably have to start learning to repair phone batteries.
