Good luck for Saturday cherelle! Your videos really helped me when I was feeling hopeless and convinced that I was dying so there was no point in living everyday for an inevitable end. I'm doing a lot better now. I've sustained a rib injury after going on a fairground ride and I'm trying not to worry about my heart. All my obs are normal and I've got faith that my body knows how to heal itself and that I'm doing the best I can 💗

I’m an extreme health anxiety sufferer, but I think it’s normal to have anxiety while having a health crisis! What you were going through was very scary and I don’t think most people would be calm. Don’t beat yourself up. Hope you get better soon 🤍

Thank you for your disclosure & openness. As I go up and down on this roller coaster, I try to seek the deeper, underlying transformation process that is happening within me. Somehow I suspect I'm holding onto something that I have to let go of. I do have a faith that this process COULD bring about changes that I need to make, but all the symptoms & my RESISTANCE to them keep blocking my exit from the tunnel.

There is nothing to be ashamed of. Even I have got health anxiety again after almost 4 years, but with another set of physical symptoms. The main thing what I have learnt is acceptance that my anxiety would be coming and leaving throughout my life, and not trying to act normal in front of people when I am getting the symptoms.
    Thanks for sharing your experiences.

I went almost 3 years with no health anxiety until a lymph node under my chin grew to the size of a golf ball. After tests and a biopsy, it came back completely benign. It went away on its own. But it did damage because my HA came back in full force. I went almost a year recently after doing well, and it has come back. I think it's totally okay to gave set backs. I feel like I learn more every time.

I'm 25 first time I went to ER when I was 17 because of racing heart, sweating, panic and chest discomfort my bad life started that day I have bad cardiophobia which brings scarey physicals symptoms like chest pain, jaw pain, arm pain, high bp, breathing shortness, ectopic beats, panic, chest discomfort I have visited many cardiologists many times they are like nothing is wrong with heart few days ago i was again in ER they they told me my EKG was abnormal (inverted T wave) I went to cardiologist the next day he once again said heart is okay still getting worse symptoms and visited another cardiologist he said the same.
When I watched your video of cardiophobia i broke in tears because it happens to me and i can understand how it feels like when you're in ER and is told you're ECG is abnormal💔

I started suffering from HA in 2019 and these past two years were awful, I literally self diagnosed myself with every illness I could think of. I started to feel much better and had no anxiety in 2022, but these last week has been the worst ever. I thought I would not have to go through this again and here I am, feeling the worst I've ever felt. I find it so hard to wake up every day because I know I'm gonna be in pain :(

Within the past year I have told my doctor about my health anxiety. Now it seems she is much more careful with her words, thankfully. This is not a health anxiety setback. You had a perfectly normal anxiety response to real severe symptoms. Anyone would probably react similarly. Yes, your reaction may be heightened compared to how others may react, but this reaction is not quite disordered considering you were in an actual health crisis.
