I believe that 16 GB RAM is enough to play most of the games. If you are a self made video editor or if you dedicate your pc to play games and stream in that same time, then I would recommend 32 GB of RAM.
Yes I agree, 16GB is the most you should need for gaming. That is slowly starting to change, though.
