A lot of ppl are only at goat cuz they play with full squads and always beat up on teams of randoms. Even some of my friends refuse to run if we don't have a full 5. Which honestly kind of pisses me off because I prefer playing 5s, and i don't mind running with randoms as long as they have IQ and don't quit when things get even a little tough.

I forgot to ask your opinion on this when you first uploaded your slasher. How do you feel about the high frequency of made dunks using the meter without having to green it, sometimes even making early posterizer attempts? I’ve yet to see an early jumpshot go in this year, but with my 99 driving dunk build the amount of bailouts I’ve gotten just for going up with dumb shit is crazy.
I don’t like it at all. I feel like you should have to green them.

Goat status only mean something if three of them, and 2 golds . If they by themselves they ain’t nothing without they team . Played a dude on my friends who stay at purple plate. While I float between brown to silver mainly . Said he needed his mans and they would’ve won. Meanwhile I was playing with three randoms he was playing with 2.

I'm actually about to make a 6'4" with 88 Acceleration myself- Can anyone inform on how good 88ish Acceleration would be, or just how much I should have for an All-Around Guard in general? I'm not sure if 95 Acceleration is worth the investment
If you're good enough with the rock, 88 at that height is fine. A friend of mine has a 6'2" max weight pg with 88 accel and he be cooking ppl. We played together in the open qualifier and almost made it to the closed one. We just needed to win one more game, but I sold as the lock 😂.
Ayo Dime, I'ma PF too but I got 85 passing accuracy and I run gold dimer, gold floor gen, silver needle threader and even if I bring the ball down the court (which I rarely do) I make the right passes and get my assist. 💪🏿

GOAT status means absolutely nothing. I hoop with randoms 90% of the time and I seen “casual” dudes play better and have more IQ than these “goats”. You can tell some of these dudes really get carried to GOAT status and can tell when they homie ain’t on 😭

What you think about my 6’6 guard? Main stats are 89 3 ball, 74 middy, 92 ball handle, 85 dunk, 80 layup, 88 acceleration, 80 pass accuracy 75 block, 78 steal
Do you think I should get more midrange for more scoring looks when the spacing is terrible (you know how randoms are) and should I get a 80 pass acc or is 75 enough?

I have several builds and it doesn't matter there's always someone obviously selling the game and I hate it but keep returning.. I made a slasher when I couldn't shoot now I got something with all A+ jumper and 99 3 so I don't have to rely on randoms at all

Let's be clear. GOAT status, season level and win % doesn't equate to IQ/skill. It actually seems to be a fall back for people when they screw up your game. People tend to get great looking stats being CARRIED by their people. My % and status doesn't show that I play defense, pass or score at a high level when being included in the game (key statement). I can't, typically, get the ball at PG, SG or SF most times till the 3rd quarter while being WIDE OPEN all game. Look there are modes for people to play they way they want. 1v1 in stage for non passers, 2v2 or 3v3 and 4v4 (sometimes) for share with my homie people. Rec is for IQ team basketball between people in the community, basically an opportunity to show that you can play 2k with anyone. If you CAN'T OR WON'T try to win with random people it makes 0 sense to go into the rec without your full squad. If you like to troll state that EARLY so we can get up OUTTA THERE. Also, when people are trying to tell, ask or request something of you to get the dub don't just up and act like you know better because if you did the team wouldn't be LOSING. IF ONLY THRU SOME TECHNICAL MIRICALE, BY DESIGN OF 2K, COULD A LEGITIMATE SYSTEM BE CREATED TO PUT CONSISTENT SELLERS IN LOBBIES TOGETHER. Ok.....I'm done. Great content as always 👏 Dime, pray for this community.

The main problem with ppl playing 2K is they don't play their role... because they did some s*** in mycareer they all feel like the chosen ones...They all feel like LBJ and Mj combined, but they don't know they're just bench warmers... goat status shouldn't be cross games. I mean they could be Goat in 1v1 ( which is the easier) and then go to the REC and be trash.
They should create a ranked REC, matchmaking with status just like every single game right now.. imagine a random REC with all goat status, no full team, just 10 randoms who knows how to play basketball...
