- In this video I showcase my new 6'4 Scoring Machine build and talk about how & why I'm adopting one of the most under utilized playstyles in NBA 2K21 Next Gen.
YO! I swear the beginning of this vid is the majority of the community. You have a passing guard finding you wide....WIDE open and they just go brain dead. If you can shoot......SHOOT! If you a slasher get MOVING! If you aren't being a waste of space(purposely screwing up the game, WEAK PERSONS DO THIS) help yourself and the team. Dime like many youtubers, you keep IQ in the game. Keep it up.

Great gameplay, I enjoyed that gameplay a lot. It’s nice seeing new things that haven’t been really touched. That used to be my play style back in 2K13-16 when I was a shot creator. In my opinion this is the most enjoyable play style, but it’s not the most competitive. I do think it’s important to have that aspect in your game to break the 2-3, and throw off big man switches. Although really efficient I don’t think it’s the most comp way to play unless you’re doing it at an elite level. Shoutout to @Hoss2K he’s unknown but I could put him on the money team if he can play the same in proam.
I appreciate it fam! Definitely a fun play style, but as you mentioned - to be truly competitive with it you have to master it. That’s why I believe many stray away. It’s much easier to just play the way the majority of the community does.

Bro I’ve been learning post fades and post hop jumpers, I’ve played as a post scorer before, but this year no. But my build has a 95 midrange which is also your post fade rating, so it’s pretty good and very underrated.
Definitely. Post fades are a big benefit to having a high mid range rating. I make a lot of them with this build and I’m not even using the Fade Ace badge. 💪💯

Great video, I use a Slashing Playmaker with 12 shooting badges and Shot Creator take on 2k21 current-gen and people call me weird because I don't play exactly like them. I wish the majority of this community didn't all use the same builds, the same sigs, clothes, and even the same face scans. Like is it that hard to come up with your own shit?

@@Dimework Same to you, I actually wish 2K gave us more options. There are a lot of animations from old 2Ks they could put into a game and they could give better player customization by combining features from current and older games. NBA 2K has a lot of potential, but the culture in part of the community ruins it for me sometimes.

Shot creating is my preferred play style. Has been since 2k18. But Next gen stiff as hell. Shot creating animations are terrible. Hopefully it makes a comeback for 22
