@@angelclouds3233 I love my blazers but I don’t think those guys are gonna put us on top. Still missing some pieces for sure. But we look better than we have so that’s a plus lol
🔥Great Player. He Hit Game Winner Vs The Rockets, The Lakers ,The Thunder And The 2021 All Star Games. He Seem Like A Nice Guy And Good Player. Great Workout.👍🔥
Still found this v. interesting despite not being able to access this type of equipment - but then I'm not a pro athlete. Plus he's nice and calm and delivers a god message at the end 👍
how are we supposed to train like him. Good vid and all but u shoulda have posted alternatives bcs most of us dont have access to this equipment brudda
This is a small part of his routine. Athletes train all year round and have different goals throughout. He is doing this specifically to build/maintain explosiveness in his core and strength/balance in his off leg and overall endurance. In the offseason, he probably has a more traditional routine of squats/deadlift/press variations because he is trying to build overall strength.
They're not training for muscle growth. They're training for performance like change of direction, change of speed, body control etc. I think these are not nonsense workout
He’s having a great season, wishing him good health. Hope Portland can build a contender in the next couple years so his prime isn’t wasted.
have you not watch this season they are already contenders and are still missing Gary and little
