    Still found this v. interesting despite not being able to access this type of equipment - but then I'm not a pro athlete. Plus he's nice and calm and delivers a god message at the end 👍

      This is a small part of his routine. Athletes train all year round and have different goals throughout. He is doing this specifically to build/maintain explosiveness in his core and strength/balance in his off leg and overall endurance. In the offseason, he probably has a more traditional routine of squats/deadlift/press variations because he is trying to build overall strength.

      They're not training for muscle growth. They're training for performance like change of direction, change of speed, body control etc. I think these are not nonsense workout
