Hello,I love this workout!!!How many times a week can I do this workout ? Is it a stand alone workout, or “cardio,” supplement workout?
Honestly I try to bang out a complex once or 2x per week as a cardio day. So might weight train 2-3 days per week and do a circuit like this 1-2x per week.
You added an rdl in the workout I don’t see it on the list
Impressive. I usually take 30 minutes to complete all of those.
