Just saw CREED 3 at the theatres and it was breathe of fresh air! The backstory was really good and kudos to this two amazing actors!

I met Rhino (The trainer) when he was in "Gladiators", he came to my secondary (/High) school for a visit. He used to go there, even took a picture with him, sadly, it's been lost to the sands of time😪.✌🏿

The man is an inspiration. His physicality is off the charts. But it doesn't come at the expense of his artistic or emotional development.

As soon as I saw his small but significant performance at the end of that episode I knew this man would be an amazing actor. Loki was my favorite of the mcu shows and him in the last episode was the cherry on top
I didn't go to school with Jonathan Majors but I must say - he's a pretty handsome dude and it's clear he takes his craft seriously. I predict he'll have a great career like Denzel and Chadwick with the dedication he has.

You can tell Jonathan's mindset is that of a workhorse. He listens and executes. It's almost as if the trainer is the artist here; using Jon as his canvas to create a masterpiece.

When I watched Lovecraft country and saw this very handsome man I knew he was gonna become a huge star , you could just tell by his acting and vibes on screen and now add in all those extra muscles and Chile I need a fan and ice bag everytime I see him 🔥
Rhino used to be a gladiator in the UK in the 90s, he's much smaller now but those eyes and accent are iconic, Good to see he has transitioned into something positive from the show.

This motivates me to go in the gym and start to takes this health course more seriously. It's an insane body that he has, very defined. That video and Mr. Majors are a good inspiration, I always wanted to get more in shape and become the person that I wanted to be yet I was stallin all the time because, obviously, of lazyness and not putting the work in. I want to change.

Unless you're running a serious Test/Tren cycle this shape isn't going to happen for you as this workout isn't exactly ground breaking. Stick to a solid PPL routine and just smash calories like crazy. Get big and swole and a little bit chubby then think about cutting later on.
