it's just the result of his test, some people are more sensitive to certian foods, for you beef is probably fine. You can do the IgG test and find out for yourself.
I developed an allergy to red meat out of nowhere around age 27. So bizarre and frustrating but my stomach basically blows up after eating a steak. Doesn't stop me sometimes though..
He says no egg whites, yet he then says eating eggs for breakfast. I'm not sure if I'm understanding. Other than that, I can appreciate that love for coffee. It makes the day start of just right and let's not lie like we don't enjoy fresh bread in the morning.

I can't understand his diet... He says during season he can't eat GLUTen, EGGS, RED MEAT, etc... Then during the video when he describes his diet I says that he eat all of this things...
@@exandgr8 creatine is a supplement that is arguably the most researched supplement in the fitness community. Its full form is called creatine monohydrate and it helps retain water in your muscles to improve workout recovery and also to retain muscle tone and mass through water absorption as you develop your muscle…it also is said to aid in cognitive sharpness but this area isn’t as researched as the positive effects it has on skeletal muscle. Hope that helps!

I believe it’s pasteurized egg whites.
You can have egg yolks without the whites, I did that for a while too. The yolks are the tastier and more nutritious part.
I believe he means during season and off season he eats two different ways
Coffee is heart healthy, in moderation.
😮yeah, he eats only yolk. Learn to work on your critical thimkimg.
