Make this picnic bench in blender

Hope you like my tutorial. I like to build things from wood put it saves time and money on materials to create them first in blender. Happy blending why not have a go.
real thing can be made from Wickes studding or b and q wall studding And coach bolts and a bag of screws or nails.
16 coach boots needed.
I have also made this from wood studding in the past.
blender is a great design tool for planning work out virtually.

tried pressing L key and it didn't select (8:18) what should I do?

Hi Bryanna
You need to be in edit mode to select the individual piece did you press the TAB key to go into edit mode that should solve the problem.
