This album, along with To Pimp a Butterfly, changed the way I listen to and perceive music. To be honest, I didn't like too many songs on this album. Over time, and now, some of these songs are my favorite of all time. White Ferrari makes me feel kind of sad and nostalgic. Pink+White always makes me feel better. Nights is such a great opening. One of the best albums I've ever heard.

When I went through a rough relationship on the brink of a breakup, I was listening to music on RUclips and Frank Ocean was in the recommendations, accidentally clicked on his song Ivy. It wasn’t the song I wanted to listen to but then when he said his first line, I immediately got heart broken. Ivy built me, it literally made me. I felt that song for a while and I still do. I started listening to Blonde more, and I started loving it more.
It’s def an amazing experience from start to finish
