Glad I found your video. We've had one of these for over 2 yrs now (Christmas gift), and never used it. Your video goes a long way to getting me more comfortable with the knobs and all.
The Petite Cuisine Mozzarella Sticks stands out to me because I kept buying them after your review. I’ve been watching you for about a year now and I’m glad to see how much your channel has grown since! Keep up the great work.
This is my first time using any type of air fryer. I have the digital one but still learning how to use it which led me to this video. Once I subscribed I was shocked at all the informative video. I am a baker but also I am an after school teacher and always looking for ways to cook with my students. I would love to gift my students this machine specifically for the nuggets. When I viewed the Bare nuggets video, it was simple and something I could do with my students very easily. Amazing. Looking forward to more way videos and wish y’all a Merry Christmas 🎄🙏
Really good Video Chef Dawg, like the Tutorial on this Air Fryer. I like the Explanation on how to use the Function Dial & the Temperature Dial, also some of the other buttons on this Appliance. Just moved into a new Apt. & got this Air Fryer Toaster Oven as a Gift so I was looking for a Tutorial on this Air Fryer.
I had the same piece of shit!!! Temp settings never worked !!! I bought an old fashioned black and decker problem solved !! I took to the backyard and I used the hammer to beat it to small pieces !!! I am happy now !!!
Love our new cuisanart air fryer toaster. It is great for everything refreshing left over fried foods to baking. Awesome for reheating left over pizza! Great for small meals or snacks for the kids. Especially handy in summertime when you don’t need or want to heat up your big oven. Oh and it works great as a toaster too.
I had a Cuisinart toaster/AirFryer but it stop working, I just went to Costco and got the one you just described it is more complicated than my previous one. Thanks for the video.
I'm so glad we found your video. We bought this from Costco and desperately needed instructions. We are baking potatoes right now. We looked at some of your other videos on air frying and I think the coconut shrimp was my favorite. Sorry your wife didn't like it. We'll be getting those the next time we're at Costco. Thanks again for your entertaining video.
Thanks for the review. The boyfriend just picked this one up for me on sale at Costco. I agree about the digital readout knobs and buttons being a bit annoying, but I'm giving it a try so I can get the proof and dehydrate feature. I've been wanting the Breville smart AirFryer, but This seems like a decent compromise for the price. (I did have to return my first Cuisinart digital one because the dial started being random). Crossing my fingers that this digital readout will not be the bane of my existance.
I am with you on this Cuisart Air Fryer. I should have purchased the one you are keeping with all the dials. The digital one I purchased is too complicated and lots of guess work whereas the dial one is quicker and less guessing. 😥
Thank you for this 😊 I just purchased mine from Costco. I baked a chimichanga @350 for 16 minutes 😛 also I found that it turns off on its own after it cools down
I bought an older version of this and I loved it. Bought this for my new house and I hate it! No reason for all these extra technological things. I shouldn’t have to watch this video to figure out how to use my air fryer/toaster.
Thorough review of the functions and control panel. But I was hoping to see how well it cooks. A short demonstration at the end showing what kind of job it does on french fries or nuggets would have been great. I'm trying to decide between this and the Instant Pot Omni Plus. But might look for the older model Cuisinart instead.
Any idea how to bake from both side. Normally the side placed at the baking sheet remains uncooked and other exposed side bakes to perfection. I'm struggling with this.
What a great video! I would say my favorite meal made is the Foster Farms Crispy Wings. Probably because of its heat. Our family loves our spice 😋 If gifted this air fryer, it would help reduce time, making it easier to cook fast meals. Rather than heating up the whole oven (heating up the whole house 😉), and also reduce waste. Ex: heating up leftovers instead of throwing away “soggy”leftovers.
Thanks for the video. I just bought this unit and the instructions are not good at all. Could not figure out how to use it at all. Also don't understand what "proof" is.
Hey Chef Dawg, Really enjoyed watching you show off the Cuisinart air fryer. The meal we enjoyed watching you make was the Chicken and ramen with veggies. My wife went to Instacart to place an order. We had never seen this prepared meal over at our Costco till you cooked it on your page. Thanks for showing us what to do, and sometimes what not to do.. 🤙
I have not owned any air fryer yet. I was looking to find one which suited to me. Looks like this video gives me an idea about air fryer and best part of this it is air fryer with toaster oven which can toast croissant too. I would like to make crispy chicken and potato.
I think if I had to choose, I'd narrow it down to one of three of the several air fryer videos I saw. Of the crispy chicken wings, the flautas and the Chicken Cordon Bleu, I'd go with the Chicken Cordon Bleu aka Cordon Blues because I like it and can't get it anywhere. Now that I've seen your review, I'd try Costco's in a heartbeat.
The Crusted Shrimp look pretty yummy from the air fryer, but use my old toaster over for basically everything so i would use something like that for everything
Just bought this from Costco today (1/25/23). Yes, it’s annoying that you have to dial around for the air-fryer and the time of day. I’ll think about whether or not I’ll return it. I’ll look for your video on who won.
It looks like a nice machine. I like that you can cook pizza 🍕 in it and breads. I don’t think I can do that with the Foodi. But what I really love about the Foodi is the simplicity in using it and it’s so easy to clean. And I have never had such good wings or onion rings at home before!
My first time on your channel, it’s a keeper. Thank you Chef Dawg! I just had one delivered and I was a bit overwhelmed by it. Your video helped but still not sure whether it’s a keeper. I tried to melt chocolate, I burned it! Really, I did. And then I tried to heat left over tuna casserole, it heated unevenly. Any help will be appreciated. I’m thinking, maybe I should keep my microwave for some things😏
Thank you for the review. I would love to to hear a review after you have used it for 6 months. I had the same enthusiasm when my Cuisinart Air Fryer arrived! My husband, who does 95% of the cooking, spotted the problem right away. The problem is with the digital dials. We have had ours about six months and it is impossible to set the temperature or any other feature you want to use. It's like a game! Can I set the time, temp and mode I need? Unfortunately, No. The dial is so sensitive, the functions don't match the direction of the dial. I loved, loved, loved, it when we first received it. But, I'm going to have to return it. There is no way to set the function you need. (fortunately, Costco has a great return policy) I'm sad, I loved it. But now is is becoming useless!
Hi I just subscribed and I was looking at this model to see if it was a good home made pizza oven I know pizza ovens need to be very hot to be affective Thank you Chef for your video it really helped me May God Bless you always
Thank you for the EXCELLENT review. You saved me a lot of time. Do you believe it's necessary to place a heat resistant counter mat under this air fryer? Thank you
@@ChefDawg I thank you sooooooo much for the quick and valuable response. I was thinking it's not necessary, because unlike standard air fryers, the underside of this air fryer doesn't come in direct contact with the counter top.
The digital compared to the other one is more precise on time settings and temperature control. I had the one with the dials. I get better results with the digital. The digital has temperature sensor on the inside on the left side while the other one the toa-60 model does not. It behaves and feels more like a modern oven than just a toaster oven you have to guess at. The digital is an upgrade from the toa-60.
Bought ours on sale $159 @ COSTCO in So. CA..I don't like it taking it back and looking for a dial only one. Stopped @ Ralphs on the way home and they want $220 for the digital one. Me I just want it simple!!
Just watched your video. Just curious if it's still working good after a year.. (I've heard people complaining about the Emeril Lagasse french door air fryer, that after 3-6 months they stop working!) Thanks 👍
Absolutely! I wish I’ve seen your amazing video it before we purchased it 😅. I thought it was only me dealing with the functions ( it’s annoying like you said.) However, I did love so far the “toast” function, the bread it’s completely toasted… so crunchy even after you spread Marmalade, butter or cream cheese (bread doesn’t get soggy at all) 😃
First Chef Dawg view. One word - Honest. Where do you find that online? Thanks for doing you. Had to back track to see a recipe but Foster Farms Crispy Wings look great! Please sign me up for the drawing.
Can you tell me what the cook time was on your Bagel setting, shade 5, 1-2 slices before hitting the defrost button? I have this machine and I used the same settings. It cooked my bagel for more than 7 minutes. I ended up with charcoal briquettes.
Thanks for taking the time to ask your question. Mainly we use Cuisinarts older air fryer.. we haven't used the digital air fryer yet because we are doing a giveaway, so we haven't had the opportunity to deeply understand everything and how the air fryer cooks. One thing I will tell you, later I will try learning some things about it and get back to you...
Thanks for this, I definitely needed it! When using this on bake, it naturally goes into preheat mode. How do I get it out of pre heat and into a normal bake?
New subscriber here. I tried finding an air fryer food video where your whole family liked the food you made…. My search continues haha. My favorite vid was the foster farm crispy wings, it aint a wing unless its crispy!
Nice! You have been noted! Glad to see your liking our content. We have lots of videos of our air fryer... We would definitely recommend an air fryer for you and your family, it gets used every single day!
I purchased this model and have a question if someone can answer.....I can't tell if once you make your item choice for cooking, set everything, does the oven pre heat with the food in it and then start cooking, or do you have to wait for the oven to come to temperature before putting the food inside? The manual is not very clear on some things.
Hi Chef, loving the channel and my wife is thrilled with my new cooking interest! Although it wasn’t an Airfry video, I laughed my pants off watching your Costco Tonkotsu ramen review! Your wife’s reactions were priceless 😂🤣😂
Hey Chef Dawg, just wondering, how do you turn this thing off?? I tried to turn it to the clock like you said, but i still hear the fan of the oven still going. Like i notice my food is finished cooking so I take it out before the time is finished, i turn the time all the way to 1 and press the start/stop button underneath the light button but the fan is still going
You have to turn the left knob until you get to the clock Homescreen. The oven sounds like it still on, but it is just the fan inside that is cooling down the toaster oven.
Thank you for uploading this video. I'm checking out the various air fryer oven options available for Cuisinart right now. Had no idea that there was a new 2021 digital one till I saw this. This one looks really nice and the price is quite decent.
THANK YOU!! I was new to air fryers and found this one at Costco. I struggled with the presets and temps so this video really helped me figure it out!!
First time watching Chef Dawg. My husband and I really appreciated the way you presented this Cuisinart item. He said “that’s the one I want” when you showed your personal air fryer/ toaster. But we are going to try this new one and see how it goes. Will watch more videos!
Can you please do a review for "Deco Chef 24 QT Red Stainless Steel Countertop 1700 Watt Toaster Oven with Built-in Air Fryer and Included Rotisserie Assembly, Grill Rack, Frying Basket, and Baking Pan". Also if can you suggest a cookbook for this model. Thank you.
Cordon Blue is one of my favorite things to eat. I haven’t made one on an Air Fryer yet, because I don’t own one, lol. But I’ve made them the conventional way and love them. I wish I had an air fryer so I can try out your recipe. It looks yummy btw. Also, I wanna tryout those mozzarella sticks you all did. Keep up the great work on your channel.
please tell me can a 9 x 13 pan fit in this beautiful oven??trying to decide which one to buy I would like one that fits a 9 x13, does air fry and rotisserie.but I can't find all three in 1!!
Thank you for all the content over the last couple of years. I learn best visually, and your demonstrations meet & exceed. For the oven contest, my favorite countertop oven segment is the Naples Hawaiian Chicken from a year ago. Simple & fast in the oven. May have missed it but was it white or dark chicken? Think it is dark thigh meat, so maybe that's why your wife & daughter didn't like the taste. PS read somewhere to allow several inches from the oven top to the bottom of the cupboard due to excess heat. As a builder, do you recommend # of inches to cupboard for fire safety?
There is not enough heat that affects the cabinets above and the back is up against tile so no issue there either. Most the time you cook things so fast that it doesn't have much time to really heat the area around it anyways.
We just got this from Costco the other day. I was wondering if we could make banana bread inside of it or not? Just wondering. I hope you can get back to me. I know this was last year.
Just recently started watching your videos, and I love them! Really love your tortilla pizza in the air fryer. I absolutely LOVE thin, crispy crust... the thinner & crispier, the better. I never thought about crisping the tortilla aka "crust" before adding the other ingredients. Brilliant, delish, and super quick and easy! Thanks so much!
Good question...I haven't tried. It gets real hot real fast and is close to the burner so I'd say if you try it be careful and watch it close. Most parchment paper is OK up to 420 degrees.
Hi Chef Dawg!! I hope to win the awesome air frier! I love the tilapia that your wife cooked in the oven! Also loved how she had gotten the lemon sauce ready for your son!!
I just turned mine on and the front and back one turned red but the middle one didn't... not sure if they come on when you broil but it gets plenty hot so I assume they are doing the job right.
Hi! Would love to win the Cuisinart. I haven’t bought one yet because of space, but this would let me replace my toaster oven. My favorite recipe is the tortilla pizzas. Lots of pizza flavor for minimal carbs.
Aside from the fact that this is one of the sexiest man I’ve ever seen and him explaining how to use this is incredibly hot🥰😍 I was literally trying to use this exact air fryer I just bought and I could not understand for the life of me how to maneuver and get this thing to work I started to contact the company send it back and get a refund until I ran across your video and I just want to say you’re absolutely amazing thank you so much I will definitely be subscribing to your channel🥰😋 you are really doing the Lords work😜
Glad I found your video. We've had one of these for over 2 yrs now (Christmas gift), and never used it. Your video goes a long way to getting me more comfortable with the knobs and all.

Your right we should have cooked something in it. We have a new air fryer video coming up and we'll male sure to do that. Thank you
Returning this one and getting the one with the knobs on top due to your recommendations!! Thank you!
Oh wow! Thanks hope you find one with knobs
Thank you! Little late to the game but you saved me so much time. 😊
I love to hear that.... thx for watching

I’m glad I got the analog one. This one is a little complicated.
The Cuisinart is better for us 80+ that aren't use to another one. I like the presets.
I like it remembers your previous settings.
Comes in handy! Remember you can win this exact air fryer
Unboxing with you! I'm excited
Hope you like it!
Just bought this from Costco today (1/25/23). Yes, it’s annoying that you have to dial around for the air-fryer and the time of day.
I’ll think about whether or not I’ll return it. I’ll look for your video on who won.
Just responded to your latest comment
I appreciate your demonstration I got the digital one it is not easy to operate and it seems too delicate to use.
thanks❤
It looks like a nice machine. I like that you can cook pizza 🍕 in it and breads.
I don’t think I can do that with the Foodi. But what I really love about the Foodi is the simplicity in using it and it’s so easy to clean.
And I have never had such good wings or onion rings at home before!
We use it all the time... it's my favorite
Just picked mine up from Costco today!!!
Thanks for instructions but why won’t the timer start when on bake lol.

I believe you that's why we kept the manual one that we use and I gave that one away
I took out to the driveway and broken it into 1.000 pieces!!
Thanks for the review.. I ordered the simple/basic one 🤛🏼
Of course! I don't blame you

Haha
Thank you for the EXCELLENT review.

Can you compare this to the cuisinart non-digital air fryer toaster oven please? I am confused now!
We did one on the manual one about a year ago... manual fryer i like more... quicker and easier to use.
I loved the way you were explaining the whole air fryer functions!!
Thank you 🙏🏻

Its the same as the one review... It's Cuisinart
My favorite was the Mozzarella sticks that you made in the Air Fryer!

Actually I still thinking about it to get or not xD
I saw it Costco yesterday the price was 199.00 is it good deal?? I love cuisinart air fryer

I can't imagine life with this toaster oven! I love it, reheat, baking, and toasting is spot on!
How does this compare to the Ninja Foodie digital air fry oven?
Not sure we only have reviewed this one so far but maybe others on herecould give you some feedback
What happens when you hold the function button for three seconds?
Sorry for the late reply. Nothing happened when we held down the function button. It is a turn dial, though you turn it to go through the menu
First time watching Chef Dawg. My husband and I really appreciated the way you presented this Cuisinart item. He said “that’s the one I want” when you showed your personal air fryer/ toaster. But we are going to try this new one and see how it goes. Will watch more videos!

We will look for it at Costco next time
How do you know what temperature to use for air fry , anyone?
I just follow the same instructions as the oven but be cautious if usually cooks a little faster
@@ChefDawg
Thank You!
What does the convection fan do? The top left button? It’s purpose?
Circulates the air so it cooks faster and more even.
Dang. I wanna get it because it is on sale at Costco. Does the traditional one have the dehydrator setting??
My original doesn't have the dehydration setting
How do you turn off the fan when you bake?
The one I use at home doesn't turn on the fan under the bake setting
What's the model number? Mine did not come with basket and want to buy one thanks
FT 102CO
I can't seem to figure out how to make the timer sound louder. The ding is so quiet.
I don't think they have that option
Cordon Blue is one of my favorite things to eat. I haven’t made one on an Air Fryer yet, because I don’t own one, lol. But I’ve made them the conventional way and love them. I wish I had an air fryer so I can try out your recipe. It looks yummy btw. Also, I wanna tryout those mozzarella sticks you all did. Keep up the great work on your channel.
You are nice thx for the kind message
Thanks the chefs help me decide
Some Geek, who doesn't cook, designed this! I'm returning it for a manual dial.
Lol... truth to that
please tell me can a 9 x 13 pan fit in this beautiful oven??trying to decide which one to buy I would like one that fits a 9 x13, does air fry and rotisserie.but I can't find all three in 1!!
A 9x13 is too big... but a 9x9 could
It specifically said not to use foil because it can get too hot..? I used parchment paper first time but maybe it’s better to use nothing?
I put tinfoil over the baking sheet so that stuff doesn't drip on the heating coils.
Thank you so much
You're welcome glad you could take something from it!
We've never done that but we cook everything in it so my guess is yes...
Chef Dawg, I like it.
I wish I hadn't missed the sale. We try to get the foster farms wings when they go on sale. Love all the costco food reviews!
Ah, thanks for the kind message! And taking the time to comment to us it means alot to us!
very helpful !
Glad to hear that!
Can I use parchment paper inside?
Im sure you could...if you can put it in a oven I would think it could work in a air fryer.
Good question...I haven't tried. It gets real hot real fast and is close to the burner so I'd say if you try it be careful and watch it close. Most parchment paper is OK up to 420 degrees.
@@ChefDawg Thank you
The preheat is always on every time when you open the door for bake function, it is so annoying. I’m going to return it and buy the old model
That sucks
Is your other air fryer a cusinart too? Just wondering 😂
Yes... the manual one is
Hi Chef Dawg!! I hope to win the awesome air frier! I love the tilapia that your wife cooked in the oven! Also loved how she had gotten the lemon sauce ready for your son!!
Can you cook items in oven safe glass wear?
Yup... just make sure you know the max heat your glass can handle
Mine does not broil worth a dam! Anyone know the secret?
I got one at costco, but notice two out of four bunners on the top never on. Not sure if i got deeffective one or not...
I just turned mine on and the front and back one turned red but the middle one didn't... not sure if they come on when you broil but it gets plenty hot so I assume they are doing the job right.
The Take Out Crispy Wings from Cosco review. They seem pretty spicy!!!
Are you saying to review that?
Does this have microwave settings?
No... it's a mini oven
Hi! Would love to win the Cuisinart. I haven’t bought one yet because of space, but this would let me replace my toaster oven. My favorite recipe is the tortilla pizzas. Lots of pizza flavor for minimal carbs.
Thanks a lot for watching, we love you! You have been entered!
I have this one and loath it and plan on replacing it with a simple one.
I just stuck with my manual one... much easier and a lot quicker
Yes over engineered garbage.
I have this Cuisinart, works good but it sucks as it is not easy to use, very quirky, wish I had purchased a manual as opposed to a digital fryer.
100% Agree The manual is so much easier!!!
Did he say dehydration takes 3 days?
It can dehydrate for up 72 hours...I didn't test it but that's what other reviews stated
I just read in my book no foil, what the heck!???
Perfect example of how complicate things
Aside from the fact that this is one of the sexiest man I’ve ever seen and him explaining how to use this is incredibly hot🥰😍 I was literally trying to use this exact air fryer I just bought and I could not understand for the life of me how to maneuver and get this thing to work I started to contact the company send it back and get a refund until I ran across your video and I just want to say you’re absolutely amazing thank you so much I will definitely be subscribing to your channel🥰😋 you are really doing the Lords work😜
Wow... I don't know if I deserved that, but you are very kind, and thank you for watching.
