You are correct that it totally sounds like he's reading a script written by Cuisinart. I've owned one for five years and I can't think of a single reason to use any other oven. I use it for consistently perfectly done, no watch bacon. I can standard bake a key lime pie or convection bake cookies or puff pastry. I bake chicken and finish off with convection broil to crisp and brown. They are being discontinued (I think) because I just bought a 220v. version here in Thailand at half the price Amazon was offering last year. I had mine in the US for four years before moving to Thailand. I've been missing my Air Fryer Toaster ever since because the one I have now has the air on all the time so no standard baking without blocking the air with foil. My new Cuisinart arrives tomorrow.
