This video MOTIVATED me I'm 13 and I'm into art. I used to draw pictures from Google or RUclipsrs like Gawx and Vexx, then I found your RUclips channel. From that day I try to think on my own and draw. I'm very inspired and look up to you. Thank you Kesh...
This video is soo great!! I was quite upset because my parents want me to quit art and focus on Science. It's an eye opener for me. I'll go the path where my heart wants to go. I'll never ever quit art. Thanks for this video, Kesh! Posted at the right time to help me overcome my misery.
Same here. I'm a science student who currently gave his 12th boards(it's not finished because of the quarantine). Art has been my passion since I was a little kid but I also wanted to pursue science. For a brief I time started to take art tuitions but then quit due to my studies. It's been years since I quit that class. But now as I see all these amazing artists, I feel like I should pursue a career as an artist.
Wow! This free me so much of the styling panic ! Cause all the artist are marketing “ find your style “ and create pressure to cause others to buy that ! Thank you for saying “ you have many styles and it’s about how you see things “ so much about learning ourselves about how we see the world. I was struggling & striving to “ find my style “ then I burn out !!!! Thank you for being so honest & speak up ! I truly appreciate your videos !
I loved this video! Every once in a while, I go on social media and see younger artists (around my age group usually) getting worked up about their art style. Like oh, it's not perfect! Oh, it needs to be refined! Oh, I need to change this specific thing. People get way too worked up about their own style, in my opinion. Your style comes organically from your skill level, the things that inspire you, the things you love to draw most, the artwork you absorb regularly as a source of inspiration, etc. I believe that the only time one should ever be concerned about their natural art style is when they are no longer satisfied with it. When I realized I no longer liked my art style, I looked at all the artists I followed and found that most did not inspire me or even interest me anymore. I unfollowed almost all those accounts and focsed more on finding new artists whose work left me awestruck. And I focused on WHAT and WHY I loved what they did. Eventually, with a little effort, my style began to change. After a while, I didn't have to put any effort into allowing it to happen. And now I love what I create again. At the end of the day, what matters is if you love what you do and what you make. Nothing else.

It's so rare to see videos these days that fully immerse you, mainly i just watch a video for a few minutes before getting bored, but this completely captured me. I didnt even remember what i was watching, i was just kinda hypnotized. Really well made, man. Awesome job
I'm a young artist who does realism When I was young(er) I always loved looking at hyper realistic sculptures and drawings. I tried making my own art and I showed lots of people at school, at that age all the kids and me low standards so everyone was really impressed with what I do. Though, after a while I ran into the same obstacle as you did, I got bored of letting pictures or tutorials boss me around, so I decided that I change how I do things. *_(Moved into secondary school)_* I decided to create my own, original art, I decided to start off small and grow from there, _I let my the artistic part of my mind follow a safe path instead of going through dangerous shortcuts._ That was the time I felt the best about myself. Time went on and I soon showed my art teacher at school, she was very proud, she told me it was GCSE worthy and it surpassed some of her year 11s art, I was ecstatic and when I got home I drew and drew, usually drawing for 2 hours with no breaks. That's not where it ends, _I branched off of realism and extended my ability to draw,_ I trained myself in abstract art, painting, patterns, Van Gogh, cartoons, and doodling (I guess). This I where I'm at now, _this is the highest peak when it comes to my artistic ability._
