Really helpful, Sarah! You've been a great help in progressing my arm balances. How do I keep my chest from collapsing onto my perched leg in this pose though? It's an odd problem.

Thanks, and I wanted to ask you. Is it possible to loose weight and strengthen the body only with yoga? I am not able to do high intensity cardio due to the problem with my pelvis. Would be great if you can make weight loss yoga video. X

I must say 'woow', it's like a science fiction to me. I started with yoga few months ago after a difficult twin pregnancy and even though I just practice at home I can see a big improvement.. But this? I don't think I will ever be able to do this, lool. I manage a crow for a few second and feel like a superman. And now seeing you, feeling like a whale,haha.but seriously you are amazing!
hey 😊 so I did all the stretches in the video and now I have a sharp pain on the side of my right knee when I bend it so I have to keep it straight when I walk and it also hurts when I go down the stairs 😕 I think I did something wrong, do you have an idea of what this could be please ? -Marly, 17 yrs old
+Marly Menda Yikes! Please go see a doctor if you're concerned. The external rotation in poses like half pigeon and figure 4 can put a lot of torque on your knee if your ankle isn't flexing back to protect it. Take it easy and next time be mindful that you're not putting too much torque on your knees

I tried this pose many times, but it always give me a cramp on my upper core, no matter how much warm up I did beforehand. Am I doing it wrong?
By practicing yoga, you can build strength, flexibility, and balance, both physically and mentally.
I can do it but it hurts the hell out of my arms from the pressure of the leg... is that normal?
