Oh my God, thank you! I just figured out I have costoclavicular syndrome and tried out the position from the video and it's literally the first time I've been comfortable in days! 🙌

Thank you so much for this very informative video! I have had issues since I was 19, and I'm now 50. For many years, Dr's insisted it was carpal tunnel and fitted me with stiff braces that bent my wrists backward. They never helped and somewhat made things worse. It wasn't until I moved states and found a new Dr in my early 30s that I learned I have TOS. After implementing different strategies, within 5 years, I was predominantly symptom free. Fast forward to last summer, and I was rear-ended. All of my issues are back with a vengence!!! I've been released from PT because I've progressed as far as I can, but sleep is HORRIBLE! I've never found a comfortable sleep position when I'm in a flare-up. I can't wait to go to sleep tonight and try this. ❤❤❤

I had venous TOS. They removed my top rib last year at northwestern hospital in Chicago. 1 year later, still have minor symptoms but overall I’d say 80-85% of symptoms gone in comparison to the symptoms before I had my rib removed. Lumps still there under my arm into armpit as they are vercos veins. Sleeping on the same side increases symptoms next day still so try to sleep on the other side still. It’s all about the stretches that help me out the most to this day.

Very informative video, but as you know
there are three sites for compression of neurovascular bundle for tos
Does the management differ between them?
