it’s now 2023 - is your advice on Google ads for gyms the same?
Came here to learn the technical aspects of running a Google Ad. The video failed to do that. Left feeling more empowered and better educated as to why a Google Ad wasn't right for me and my gym. Well done, Sir.
This video doesn’t really show you how to run Google Ads but it is a pretty good video nonetheless. There’s definitely good advice related to ad copy and the mindset of gym prospects.

Agreed on your approach. Highly recommend paying attention to distance. Generally speaking, people don't want to drive too far out for a gym unless you're highly specialized. Make sure your landing page optimization is A+ and has all the stuff like social proof, pictures, call tracking, etc... Hope that helps

How do you make google ads for Real Estate agents?....I've been doing for a few years now with really good success. You don't have to do it but I figured I'd try HaHa. Its super competitive out there.
Hi Ryan - I won't take residential realtors as clients any longer. That's how bad it has gotten :-s. Sorry to bat down your request that way. It's just way too saturated. Now, real estate investing is another story! I could shoot a whole course on that :-P

Hi Melissa - Google's new campaign type Performance Max is about to take over all local campaigns (starting end of June, I believe). I'm really excited for it and think it could really do a lot for local campaign types, like gyms. I would recommend waiting for that to happen and then testing it out!
