But dosnt it put on weight and fat
of course it puts on weight....its a weight gainer. It says it right on the front in big letters GAINER. That being said, know your body type and your goals. Obviously if you are trying to lose weight or fat this is not for you. Although, technically, I could still lose fat with this product but never mind that. Thats just me lol. It is very difficult for me to gain weight, I have low body fat naturally, and I have a very active job. I dont eat much and I lose weigtht easily. So for me, I NEED this lol. There is so much more that goes into losing or gaining weight so I would do some research. Good luck partner.
