On the original EA DVD version of Undercover, there is a patch 1.0.1.18 that adds a challenge series to the game. Completion of the challenge series adds 3 tier 1 cars to your career garage. Origin's version broke this. Steam's version may also have broken this. Once the EA DVD version of the game is installed, there is a one time activation, and the DVD is no longer needed to run the game. EA online play with the EA DVD version is still working as I write this. However, some Origin games were using securerom server for digital DRM, and that server is shut down, rendering many of those games useless (in some cases, EA explains how to remove DRM from the games).

You can do the challenge series just after the career intro, allowing you to start with any of these 3 tier 1 cars (Z06 is the fastest of these 3).
My PC can run the game but unfortunately there isnt a proper widescreen fix for this NFS like for Carbon or Most Wanted. Generic fix is useless. 2160p in my case
My OS is Windows 10, running with a Core i5 with a GTX 1060 3GB graphics card. I can't play this Need For Speed but I can play all the others. Anyone else have the same problem as me????
It tells you how to get it working on modern systems, not pirate it. Downloading is different from installing. Installing is setting up and configuring something, hence this tutorial. It would say download if he tells you how to transfer files to your local computer.

It will work.But you need to download a crack for the game as it uses securom.
