Seasoned viewers understand that when JC says "it's irregular, it is what it is, we're just gonna have to make it work" etc, that we will still end up with a perfectly measured, perfectly cut, perfectly engineered, perfectly welded final product.
It is always a treat to see someone that has the know how and abilities to take what most would consider scrap or junk and make something really useful out of it.
You helping friends where you can is great, the changes is like the wind blow from the west to East north to south nothing stays still for long lol 😁. A lorry repair shop would have cost your Friend triple, you do your best to keep cost down and still using old parts from laying around the yard, while also making a little more room for more truck's.
Dear J.C.S 👍👌👏 WOW! That's a pretty good result for a fast build! I absolutely appreciate that you never "forget" to check/repair/maintenance the most important things first: Brakes, hubs etc p.p.. Even not if the work has to ve done fast and at low cost. This outstanding work ethic makes you more responsible and way better than most of the "professional" shops. Congrats for being and staying this kind of human.👍 Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck and health to all of you.
The owner of that older international you've been fixing sure is fortunate to have someone like you that has a truck and the parts it needs for him to put it to work and get to making money. Looks like now he'll have 2 international trucks.
Nice! I bet you were "tired" after you got done! I love that bumper. I wish I had something like that on my bucket truck. The thing is a pain in the shins to get up in because of the cable mounted steps directly under the edge of the bed. The boxes in the bumper are useless so I might be doing something like that. Another day of fun !! Thanks for sharing your day guys. AWESOME folks. God bless you for your commitment to quality and responsibility to your customers, viewers and friends.
Short vid or not .your vids are more informative than most and I like your honesty on your work and if ya got something to say about it ya say it not beat around the bush ..but till next vid short or not godbless and stay safe.
I love it when you work on an International. I have loved them since I was 12 starting with the Fleetstar 2070A. And I'm glad that the KW with the 318 is still hanging around. Make a homemade wrecker out of it. If the 318 can't pull it, you don't need it 😄
That mag drill is a really neat piece of kit. Sure beats eyeballing it with a power drill LOL. Truck looks great J.C. Your friend is going to get many years off good use out of it.👍
I truly admire how you can get *sooooo* much stuff accomplished in such little time! 🔧 You're a huge inspiration J.C! 🙂👍 Even though your friend kinda dropped the ball about not mentioning the oil pressure issues early on..I still applaud you for holding up your end of the bargain, and then some. Sorry I didn't catch this video sooner. I got a new camera and I'm testing things out. Seems to be taking up a lot of my free time after work. Hope you and the misses are doing well ❤
20 tires in 1 day you are a real man! Do you know of a good place to get used 22.5 10 lug aluminum stud pilot (budd) rims. Need 6 and the only ones I can find are worn out ant not safe to use. Thanks
Just to tell you nd your wife do grant work. Thank you . Be safe Wayne take time off to put your feet four little time. Thank you for all make U TUBE. KITCHENER ONTARIO CANADA FROM my family.
JC was that a rusted backing plate on that back left tandem in pa they would give us a hard time for that. I know basically harmless and you would usually have switched it out with another. Like the short video glad to see you get a hard working contractor back up and running. The Dynahoe looks like a T-Rex in the background. Keep up the great work👍
no. i recommended that he have a truck to use while i am working through the rest of the issues with the 9370 ih. this way he can get to work in his busy season and then have a back up truck when the other one is finioshed.
Nice job on the tray etc JC (but what else would you expect from your stable) When are you going to invest in a tyre machine mate, surely by now you realise not only the time saving value and the ability to balance tyres as well, but the wear and tear on your body many years ago I used to do it the hard way, I know what it has contributed to the way my body is now @ 61 Tony from Western Australia 🇦🇺
second hand dealers try to hide problems. this man tries to find them and fix them.he is the best

You always find a way to come through for someone that needs a hand. I think that was the quickest build I've seen you do.

JC well done as always you make it look easy
Also a trick with the mag drill is to use a red rag to wipe off the metal shavings

I can’t think of a better way to spend a day. 10 off 10 on.
Hey JC, what is the difference between a drive tyre and a steering tyre?
the tread design mostly.
First 👍's up JC thanks again for taking us all along with you
You have done plenty for one day. Changing all those tires if a done good days work.
The camera squirts oil that is a nice feature
That turned out nice !
Good stuff 😃
Nothin like new rubber 👍😎
Hey JC, could a 4700 road tractor be converted to a dump, without the frame being doubled?
i would have no problem putting a 8ft to 10ft dump bed on a 4700 single frame.
Ty
Nice job👍👍👍
Great Video ! Sorry I'm confused, Is this truck a replacement for the truck which the Expert Mechanic messed everything up on?
no. i recommended that he have a truck to use while i am working through the rest of the issues with the 9370 ih. this way he can get to work in his busy season and then have a back up truck when the other one is finioshed.

That worked real nice
came out nice, he might re think that driptroit after he drives that 466 a while ;-)
the 2 stroke hits just keep coming.....this truck is a dt530. not a huge difference but some.
he needed a whole day to mount that pump?
What’s the cost to take old tires in ?
they charge by the ton. i spent $784. taking in 3 loads in a 24' box truck.
Hard workers
looks good!
That's a days work 8 & 8 plus cleaning beads & replacing valves ! That looks nice he cam do lot other service work with it !
