OneForAll remote tutorial Model URC-3021B00

I had trouble finding the remote specifically for a CRT tv not sold most anywhere but thrift stores and even more trouble finding the code to program this remote to my tv.

Hey dude thanks for being a cool kid u remind me of my own son that I haven't seen since my girl died from a brain anurism. I was trying to use the remote to operate my a.c. window unit but my patiamce r running thin. I just thought I'd thank you for being consideration and thoughtful enough to care and try to help someone else without even being asked very cool. U and my son Ryan could be twins ur look ur vocabulary and how u present ur self was almost haunting because I miss him very much. This worked for the basic functions but not for the menu navigation. What happens if a brand of TV such as RCA has several models and you use this technique? Will it stop at the first one and you can then never select any other models of that same brand?

Ok - I have Dumpster/Dived remote and D/Dived Sony DVD player (without remote) soo I found codes at : VOXXintl.com/docs/common/URC3021/URC3021_OTHER_CL.pdf
(this link works now - not sure how long will last)
Did the rest the way Rikor said ... and actually worked (the '991' search way ..not so much)
...Keep in mind as this is an ancient remote that may not work on newer stuff (unless uses same code's that are inputed into this remote
