How large are you trying to go? We have 12 x 18 stencil film. I use my printer to print on 11 x 17 inkjet film in order to make that size stencil. You should be able to adjust your art board in whatever art program you want. I use adobe illustrator, but you can also use Vectr or many others.
I don't understand how the stencil can accommodate 'islands' or holes in the design without them falling out. Like if you want the letter "O" cut out, but retain the centre. With the stencil featured in the video you have those spaces within the capital B and the S's for example?!
Great video, thanks. Also, GO! YOU PACKERS, GO!
If you have any older cricket mats that are getting a little worn out, they work great to as a tacky mat.
Yes definitely!
That's what I use!!
Brilliant!
"Go Pack Go!"💚💛 It must be tough living in Minnesota and being a Packers fan!
Not as hard as it is to be a Vikings fan! 😆😁 Kidding kidding 😁 We are right by the border so there are lots of Packer fans around us too 💚💛💚
I’d like to try this sometime. Go Pack Go!!!
Yesss!! Go Pack Go!! 💚💛💚
Could you please do a video of screen printing on hats and beanies 🙏
I will add it to the list!
@@ikonartstencil thank you!
How do you make a large print. What program to use for a large screen print design

how to make this type of screen print dye
We use the Ikonart Custom Stencil Kit and Ikonart Textile Film to make all our screen printing stencils.

Our stencil films have a silkscreen mesh embedded in the stencil and that mesh holds all the details in place. It also makes the stencils reusable!
This is actually incredible, I'm really impressed with this technology!
