  • Just a dismount video breaking down a beadlock type combat wheel. These 395/85/20 Michelin XZL tires were equipped with runflats. These are the LMTV/MRAP style steel wheels with large bore valve stems. Pretty easy to break down. Does not take that long at all. Crow bar and a mini sledge.

That makes quick work. I got some M-142 rims with Goodyears on them by accident. (I was just looking at the treads.) Do you have a source for the o-ring?

Define M-43 wheels ? Or send a pic to Simpson.wes.1985@gmail.com. there are so many different types of MRAP wheels out there. I deal with millions of pounds of tires and wheels a year thru our scrap contract.

@@wessimpson2794 whoops! I corrected the designation... it was supposed to be M-142 rocket launcher truck.

@@HelicoolsHelipad the Himars can be an older LMTV wheel or an aluminum hub piloted. Which I assume is what you have. Hub pilot wheels?

@@wessimpson2794 They are aluminum alright, and the CTIS apparently is incomparable with my LMTV stock hubs. The treads are good, so I will save those. I guy near me is willing to trade me for the rims.

Where do you get new O rings for those rims?

For LMTV wheels? They are part number OR420A. Found at Erics military surplus or any haltec oring dealer.
