Most of all fire hazard. What are the planning regulations like? Thanks in advance for your explanation.
It actually depends on the estate you talking about in lagos. The houses come in different forms. There are estates with spacious compound while some are muffled together. Some are even terrace. Some have everything.... spacious compound, pool, green area, large parking space.... etc. Largely depends on your budget & location.

Hey, Nice feature. Never been to Abuja. Will try to visit next time I'm over when life gets back to normality..... I love some of the very modern architectural aesthetic. Really very beautiful and appealing to me. Very tempting to invest although I don't knowingly have connections over there.
Question, these stunning homes (and even in Lagos) are built so close together that you can see into a neighbouring bedroom and also with very little external land for a garden or swimming pool. I love my privacy. Need to chill out as I have a very busy job.
Can someone tell me why it looks as if people are living "on top of each other". This feels like potential stress and noise pollution.
Palm Springs Great layout & integrated greenery not near buildings
Trees are planted on the side walks they are in many European cities
Ya, I really love the palm spring estate
Thank you guys for the good video! Keep up the good work!
