Hi, I have seen almost all of your informative videos. Thnx .
I was approved for the family immigrant visa interview at Islamabad US Embassy. consular congratulated me & said within 10 days I will get my passport. Also gave me a paper, which said same like Congrats....
After 15 days I got e mail that my visa is refúsed under 221 g & asked for some (like 15 yrs job, 15 yrs travel, social media.. etc,) info which I sent them the next day.
Confusion is first congrats...after 15 days says refusal.
    Kindly comment

I have a question. I'm from the UK I know a US company that would be willing to sponsor me. But if possible I would like to go with my wife (who is Thai) and our son. Our son will be pre school age soon. Would there be some kind of visa that my wife would be able to work too if she wants ? Or is that not possible?

A little research : How Long The Process Take For An Unmarried Son or Daughter?
How long it will take for your son or daughter to get a green card will vary depending on the circumstances of the case.
Unmarried children under age 21 of a U.S. citizen:
Are considered “Immediate” relatives so there is no waiting for a visa to become available. There are also no limits to the number of visas issued to unmarried son or daughter of a U.S. citizen as long as they are under age 21 and remain single.
Unmarried children under age 21 of green card holder:
Are considered “Second Preference” relatives, in subcategory 2B. This category has only 26,000 green cards available each year. This means that your child will have to wait many years before a green card becomes available for them.
If you want the process to be as quick as possible, you should apply as soon as possible. Your children should also remain single until they get their green card so they don’t fall lower in the preference category.

If you meet the unlimited Visa category: son under 21 and unmarried / parent a US citizen: process takes a bit over a year @15 months ( which can vary up or down by several months ).

If the spouse of the USC is a lawful resident, when the spouse becomes US citizen then it's possible to apply for his/her own mother.
