That old gas station at the intersection was my Great Grandfather’s old AMC Jeep dealership that was later turned to the Poteet Auto Supply that my dad bought from him and was a car lot and repair shop plus parts house before corporate America shut down all the mom n pop businesses. Now he sells some parts and is the JP for this area there.

I live 2 miles outside of Itasca, my address is Itasca. Enjoyed the video. BTW the old buildings on the S turn west of the tracks, filled with all the junk, burnt to the ground, now a concrete slab. Also, the building attached to city hall, completely collapsed this year.
