Just bought one in October. Awesome bike. The stock exhaust is super loud. We put an Fmf exhaust on and it sounds great. Absolutely the best bike I've ever ridden. Also is great at the track.
It was very loud. You could probably hear it from a half mile in our neighborhood. The aftermarket pipe brought it down to a normal volume. Also in Colorado a spark arrester is required. So it solved two problems.
I have a 2017. It's been good for me, getting into xc riding after years off no riding at all. Now, thinking about a xtrainer for greater agility and help with more technical terrain, and ease of riding in general (no pro here). Have u had a chance to compare these bikes, and if so, how different are they? Thanks.
what do you think would be more enjoyable in a hare scramble scene the 250 xcf or the 250/300xc? Looking to upgrade bikes in the future and have no idea what I want to go with.
Great vid! Saw your 150xcw vid too. How would you compare?? I still cant decide which to go for, and I can’t find anywhere I can test ride them. I’m a novice rider, who’ll basically be doing what you’re doing (but slower). A lot of rocky hill tracks too. Often quite steep. Any advice at all?! Thanks loads!
Thanks for watching and glad you liked the videos. If you prefer 4 strokes, this is an awesome bike. Great for hare scrambles. If you're riding slow, technical trails (hard enduro) a 2 stroke might be better. 4 strokes are more prone to overheating in the slow stuff (and more work to maintain). The 150 XC-W is an absolute blast to ride, but doesn't have a ton of bottom end for really technical trails and hill climbs. You'll need to be on the pipe. A 250 or 300 2 stroke is a great option if you're looking for an all around woods bike. Hope this helps.
I really like your vids, great info,,i pretty much ride like you,, i do alot of racing/riding harescrambles in New England{home of Ben Kelly,Josh Toth) im on the fence between,,24 300xcw,300xc or 240xcf?? which one do you like the best?? and why?? thanks alot!
@@ShiftGearsMoto oh thanks for the reply just was thinking about it and were like mxa says this and this which mostly isn't always true but Yk what I mean it gets into your head. Have a good day
Bike was stellar! We had a blast testing this bad boy!
thanks for turning the camera on for this one.
The 250 xc was just too good to show your audience, and the gopro gods knew it.
@@neodirtridersat least you learned how a power button functions.

Danggg that was cool
Trails looks sweet! We’re are they?

How would you compare this xcf to the 250 XC?
@@Motoheadauck 2 stroke vs 4 stroke
Hey how did you feel about the 125 xc vs 250 xcf?
Two completely different bikes. Both great for different reasons.
Great vid! Saw your 150xcw vid too.

If I could only pick one bike, I'd go with the 300XC for sure. Most versatile bike and good at everything.
@@ShiftGearsMoto ok cool,ya im gonna go with the 300,tnx man.
If you had to pick between the 350 xcf or 250xcf for hare scrambles which would you pick?
350 for sure.
Dumb question but does TC really make the bike sound horrible Like Mxa says. BAD ASS BIKE THIS
most people say avoid traction control on the 2022+ models. They changed it.
