Fantastic coach, I took my level 2 in 1992 with john. Great coach and the crap comments are unfair to him. Always giving advice and helped me a lot as a young lad. Even got me My first coaching job at my beloved orient.
My old man was telling me about Malcolm Allison last weekend, said exactly the same as you, 40 years ahead of his time, turned city into champions of England and European Cup winners Cup champions from nowhere, never got credit for it outside of Manchester, what a shame.
@Bob Wood nice one, should be with me by Monday, gonna blitz read it!, would 100% love to have a few drinks with the bloke and hear his stories,he's brilliant!, tells it like it is,and his take on things is bang on, shame he's not involved in the game anymore, great loss to the industry.
This guy is brilliant. Honestly, passionate, straight, knowledgeable, wise. Why is he not managing a club? He's got mote ability I his little finger than most uk managers.....
I wish I'd met you John you would've made me a top coach no doubt your what's missing in the industry and you deserved alot more out of what you put in to football
It’s unbelievable John was not given a coaching job in professional foot ball or in the FA.I would love to see him back in the game but listening to him in the interview I think he has had enough of the game.
Sitton isnt all there. Every time he played he was 'nothing but magnificent' at each club but always moved down leagues. While he talks about European Cup winners and those that have had much more success are talked about as idiots in comparison. Anyone watching this and cant see why no club wanted anything to do with him as a coach in last 15 years is a buffoon.
Actually John, Labour closed 354 coal mining pits while the Tories closed down 442. So Eustace (plonker though he might have been as a manager) was correct on social history.
Tommy Taylor never said he didn’t have the right to say any of that, just saying if he’s that good of a coach and that we’ll loved in the game he’d surely still be in it
@@billysmith1989 He basically got made an outcast by the footballing establishment, hence John's persona,is he a bit bitter, probably,I'd be pissed off to, the club he served in numerous roles deserted him,and the F.A binned him,he's got a great knowledge of the game.
He is deluded. Steve Bruce was in a different class to him. Sitton was a journeyman- I saw him loads of times for my club Orient. He is out of touch & bitter

Thanks sharing mate. John is one off, Footballs loss not having him in the game in some capacity.
Top bloke.....a real football man.....need to see more of him
Love listening to John and thoroughly enjoyed the first book. Football’s loss!
I could listen to John all day. What a guy.
I love Sitts. Tells it as it is.

Love reading comments like this. Cheers mate your dad was bang on. Take easy it pal.
This man knows football, how he’s been blackballed is a joke! Brilliant coach and great mind for the game
Big respect to you John, you really deserve it.
Cheers Tommy he's a great fella.
@@fullcorefootball2459 Nice one!, could listen to him all day,in the process of getting his book, just a shame he isn't in the game anymore.

Brilliant interview.

Old school, brilliant stuff
Whatever you think about the bloke, very entertaining.

Straight talking.
Does not mince his words.
Great listening to John
Excellent & a Great Gent 😎😎
No doubt! thanks for watching it mate im glad yo enjoyed it
if i owned a football club, he would get a job on my first day in the place.
passionate football man.
Yeah and within a week you'd be up shit creek without a paddle after he blames the 10th goal conceded on Sajid Khan's ULEZ.
@@manephewlenny6401 lol... excellent.
it's ok
we are all entitled to our opinion... i see a good man... a passionate conscientious man...
George Petchey A Genuine Legend ❤️ Loved the Man ❤️
How many are there I seem to be watching them not in order
4 Part Special each one around an hour mate
What is he on about "behind the scenes with Cloughie"??????
I took it to mean him being an alcho, it's odd he wouldn't say it though as it's pretty public knowledge after a lot of books/docs.
Maybe the stories of him taking backhanders?
Saw him when he was at Enfield FC. I do think John was before his time. Excellent innovator of the game. Shame he didn’t get the credit he deserved.
Nice man
Genuinely lovely guy
Great this

Sitton is a geezer
Proper fella is Sitts, Hes been poorly this week with covid mate so im hoping he tells it 'It can bring its dinner' an beats the life out of it.
@@fullcorefootball2459 hahahaha covid can pair up with the flu as well. Hope he's back to his fighting best now
He was right about Orient's centre of excellence being the centre of mediocrity.

Curious to know what stories he meant about Clough on the other side of the touchline and the cameras.

John is great... He is too honest and has no time for bluffers like Frank Clark.
Please say there’s part 2
This was it
70% good bloke, 10% deluded, 10% bitter, 10% bullshitter
George Petchey Legend 😎
Actually John, Labour closed 354 coal mining pits while the Tories closed down 442. So Eustace (plonker though he might have been as a manager) was correct on social history.
It would have been funny if Labour had closed 352 and the Tories 442.
Looks like he’s eaten all them dinners he’s threaten people to bring
Would love to go for a beer with Sitts and talk football all night!
Quality mate aint he proper good fella
Image this fella on packet 😂
The centre of mediocrity 😂😂😂😂.
Too intense for me. Good interview though.
And get all they talk about nowadays is intensity
Stay sheltered. Seek out that safe space for yourself.
@@paulshakeshaft7860 You too...
Sitts, how long you been vegan? Looking well.
Androbey 😂😂
…invasion of Canadian geese…Sits could have been on the Fast Show!
Proper says how it is knows his football up the black taxi drivers
Big man likes himself. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose.
Frank Clark 🤪
Bring yer dinner lol
Taxi! Uber?
How appropriate your name is!!!!
So bitter
Think he has a right to be to be honest with you, yes,he is blunt & direct,he can't help his style.

Just facts chief
Speak for yourself
A boring tory taxi driver
Why ? because he told the truth about the mines?
@@colinjennings3661 it wasn't the truth about the mines. As much as labour did close plenty of them, the Tories closed far more. Do your homework

Saved the club
Over 200 games there
Ten years
Saved Clark's job
Glorified non league club and..
I'm deluded 😂😂😂😂😂keep paying Baz 👍
Nasty vindictive sarcastic bile
