Thank you for making this, I discovered your work recently and was absolutely blown away by the immediate results I felt after doing the RIN meditation outlined in one of your PDF books I found online. I find myself completely fascinated and am excited to learn more about Kuji-In.
I also noticed immediate results with Kuji-In as a whole and I was curious as to how long you perform the meditations or if a specific number of chants per mudra. Thank you in advance for your reply :)
I'm Shivani, Maha's assistant, answering, he is busy and doesn't reply personally. He does it for long hours when he practises it. But he believes that freedom is absolute and that everyone should respect their own rhythm. The practise you should accomodate it to your life style. Also, take in consideration, that more you practise, the more benefits you get from it.
Thank you very much for your reply and though I don't have the long hours available to practice as Maha does, I've still noticed benefit from the 10-15 minutes per day of which I have practiced. I've also noted that results seem to be cumulative, i.e. progressively more pronounced each day that I practice. And though I seem to be most "feeling" RIN, JIN, ZAI and ZEN, I still put equal emphasis toward each mudra/mantra. Thank you again and I'm looking forward to further practice :)
so this is what power of believe done to people,we are what we believe,i believe the chakra need an emotion to be active,it wont simply active just by observing and believing something is there

I just had a question about the Kuji-in as I've noticed that some do the RIN with the index finger however in your teachings it's with the ring or middle finger. Are you able to tell me the difference between them?

The reason why Maha teaches with the middle finger, is due that the index is related to gain physical power, while the middle is more about to gain power in all planes (Physical, mental, emotional, vital, spiritual). Hey Shivani, I buy all my books on Kindle the only one I don't seem to be able to get is the Advanced Ku Ji in. I've read the others and they are great thanks go to Maha. I love his work.Can you say whether the Advanced book will be available in Kindle at some stage, not just paper back?
I once wondered the same thing and after a little research I discovered that the index finger is associated with projection of physical power, i.e. fire element or raw energy as commonly seen in ninja movies, while the middle finger has acupressure points to help increase overall energy level, treat fatigue, and regulate blood circulation. I hope that is helpful :)

+Battle Mann You probably refer to the Japanese pronunciation. The original mantras are in sanskrit, not in Japanese. What you have in this video is the sanskrit way to say the mantras.
