Sobretodo natural como las hiervas medicinales o médicos especialistas.
Y claro que ayuda mucho a orar a dios con toda nuestra fe y nuestra perseverancia.

I had a sore throat 2 days ago. I listened to this audio last night (3 hours straight)), and woke up with less pain in my throat. It's still there, but at least I know this is working! WOW!!! This really works. I had an issue with thinking about my yoni and moving energy from it to my heart. My sexual trauma crept in and I broke down so hard, and cried hard, with my throat closing up. In all the times I have moved energy in my body, this really caught me off guard because nothing like this had ever happened. I was really messed up after this. But breathing in, and doing the same thing while listening to this, allows me to sit with my trauma and not have it hurt my throat so badly, I swear it's going to split open and crack. Amazing. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You never lose trauma, you just have to make peace with it, and co-exist with it. I am now on the track to do it.
