Fish maw tofu stew (with ingredients subtitles). Fish maw is basically like a sponge, that can easily absorbs flavours into it, so we always need to make some nice and flavourful broth to go with it. Always check how long does it take for you to soak the fish maw till soften, some are 5 minutes, some can be 4 hours.

Too many different types from different type of fish, my personal preference is the thicker type.
