Thanks. Yea the rhythms are so interesting. Some really beautiful bebop/bird type phrases . The whole-tone line at the very end kills me. James Muller should be more known. He’s in Australia i think

When you’re improvising, you don’t have to remember anything you just listen to your ear and play what you hear. If you think soloing involves memorizing lines and playing them, then you are mistaken.

It's certainly a great technical task to have under your belt. Now create and record your own lines and phrases. Comparable, but with your thoughts, feelings and personality.
