I saw it a few times. Late fawn for sure. The cute little bugger has a big appetite. Thanks to the Panty folks for keeping the fawn and all the other deer fed.
My husband and I watch the food pantry all of the time. We love switching between views. We are in Michigan, so winters here can be rough also. Thanks for sustaining these deer through the harsh winter. This little fawn sure is healthy looking ❤
Thankfully, he will be at least be well fed to have energy to stay warm and grow up! Without you guys, I'd be afraid of how he'd fare if he had to search through deep snow for food.
*Randy, thank you for that tough-on-the-back work you're doing in spreading sand around to limit slippage! It's just another loving thing that you all do to help these beloved Deer! One Doe tonight was limping in, visible on both the Trough and Trail cams at 18:53:30...bless her heart! Thank you, again, Randy, for doing so much to minimize slippage! And, what a cutie pie this Fawn is - thank you for this vid❤
It's weird how winter in so many places seems to work against the sustaining of life, even for humans. It's hard work to stay alive with all the natural disasters, illnesses, viruses, and everything else, and winter just makes it harder! Thank you for helping these lovely animals survive the winters!
When the buck to doe ratio is messed up in an area( due to over harvest of bucks). Some does don't get bread because there aren't enough bucks. So twenty eight days later, they come into cycle and it happens again and again until they get bred, hence the late fawns
@carolthistlethwaite8982 I'm not sure about the mom, I don't see it staying close to any of the does there...I don't exalt when they stop nursing but that little one seems to be ok. I think it will survive because of the deer pantry :)

Glad for the supplemental feed you provide as without it the fawn would for sure have a really hard time surviving the Maine winter.
Looks like a nice healthy little one ❤
he/she is my favorite this season! always chowing down next to the big bucks I’ve noticed, brave baby! 😂
So adorable. Has been so fun watching this feisty lil one at the troughs next to the big bucks. Thank you for helping them all.❤🦌
What a CUTIE!!! Such a beautiful little face @ 0:55 The black highlights around the ears, eyes and mouth TRULY POP!!!
So true...thanks for the TS!
@@LuvLivingAlways You're welcome, it's my pleasure!!!
Beautiful fawn!!
I watched him the entire time he was there! ❤
That late born fawn would have a very slim chance of surviving the winter if not for the awesome people at BFPFD.
Proud to support them.
So small but so regal. With the pantry here it has a better than average change to make it through the winter.
Beautiful deer. Thank you for providing food for them ❤

I was thinking the same thing.
@Sonjaorleans Stop trying to incite upset in people.
@@Sonjaorleans You're not supposed to talk about it on this channel though.
Aww, how sweet!
Ohhhhhhhhh it is sooooo sweet ❤
Good thing there's supplemental feed or this little guy's gonna have a rough winter.
AWWW SO CUTE❤

Live in northern florida the deer on our land produce all year long…..due to the weather…..which right now is freezing cold!
It looks like Norman from City stickers

Do we ever see this one's mom? Or did it show up alone?
Yes mom's around, I've seen them together.
Cool
What are you feeding them?
Is it orphaned?
No. Mom's around.
"Big Papa" let him rule the roost.
YES!!!!
🦌❤️
I don’t understand how this could happen with delayed implantation? Really a spoof of an anomaly IMO

So....where is its mother, would it still be nursing when possible?

I've seen it with a doe several times.
@@carolthistlethwaite8982 It’s eating grain, so it’s weaned. It doesn’t need its mother to survive at this point.
😍
Thi is too cute to be legal... :D
Poor baby doesn't have his warm winter coat like the rest. 😢
