Microwaving food is generally considered one of the least likely cooking methods to damage nutrients because it heats food quickly, which means there's less time for vitamins to break down. Microwaved food can have similar nutrient levels to steamed food, and Harvard Health recommends microwaving over boiling because nutrients can leach out into the cooking water.

Try looking Into how a microwave works and maybe you’ll change your mind. It’s not just “heating food”

@@victorianstrengthclub6858 I already know how they work. Microwaves cause the molecules in the food to vibrate, causing friction, and thus causing heat. Any claim that states that microwaves irradiate food have been debunked.

@@victorianstrengthclub6858 Actually, you’re right, it’s NOT “heating food”. It’s heating water within the food. Microwaves cause water molecules to vibrate which produces heat through friction. This heat is then transferred to the rest of the food, cooking or warming it. Any so-called harm that is alleged to be done to the food is just broscience.

@@benbakaar2 and if someone wants to believe vibrating your food with small waves of energy has no consequence on the food then they can carry on doing so 👍

Great to learn about all the supplements. Thanks for sharing. Totally With you on being a chocoholic daily! 🥰.
If you have gut issues look into grinding your own ground beef as ground has lots of histamine (causes inflammation) I find anyways a huge difference when I grind (bought a cheap grinder) with my own gut health. I’m a celiac. I know, I know..no time ,But hey, health comes First. Just a suggestion to try to see if you notice a difference. Good luck at the games! . 👍🏼

It sounds like you could have had ulcerative colitis. I have UC and similar to your gymnastics background I come from a high level wrestling background as well. Do CrossFit now too and many things you struggle with I have had very similar issues and symptoms.

Taking Creatine intraworkout has no benefits over taking it anyother time of the day as it builds up to max concentration in the cells after a few weeks and stays there.. think intra workout carbs would be better option

So you guys have no laws regarding product placement and advertising online in the US? Here in POland, online craators must specifically say in each video/post that they're doing a commercial. I must say it's pretty shameless what you do - all the 'what I eat in a day' type of stuff with a bazzilion of products advertised and not even a word to your fans that actually it's a product endorsement. It's rather dishonest, isnt' it?
