It’s an interesting place and this renters did a great job of making it nice. Just a little feedback, get a stabilizer for you video recordings (you can write it off on your taxes). Start in the living room and spend a little more time giving a look at the dimensions of the room. It was great telling us about the sunlight that was important and about the lighting and add more about what a new renter might want to put in the spaces (just to get us thinking). I am glad you showed the hallway , because it’s narrow and may not be able to accommodate some bulkier items (that aren’t collapsible).
The hallway is creepy. The recessed lights are clunky and ugly. The floor is laminated. It’s not brand new if someone has lived in it and taken craps in the toilet and washed their dirty underwear in the W\D. Nearly end of the video, no rent price or other contract terms.
