I love mine. Very comfortable for cycling. Walking around is fine too, except any little pebble you step on you will hear a “crunching” sound (metal vs rock). You get used to it.

Are they stiff enough for decent distance cycling? or more a casual shoe for running to the store and what not?

Yeah they are quite stiff in the forefoot so it’s pretty good for longer rides. Longest so far with them has been around 80 km and they were solid.
