Nice easy fix, most people don't let their machinery warm up ,before using it,I have people come to buy tools and rev the knackers out of them, but they soon told to treat tools with respect, or I won't service or repair them
Hi your right, I find Stihl especially take a while to warm up in the winter and find they require a bit of choke for longer then they clear and work great. For a change this was an easy fix ( the cheap carb was good, that’s not always the case) your right about people not treating them with respect, but one thing will make them learn is having to part with the money to sort them or buy new, people learn very quick that way🤣 Thanks for watching🙂👍
Hi mick, you can adjust the throttle linkage on this one, but as you can see everything went straight forward for a change. You see 2 stroke are easy🤣🤣🤣 I’ll live to regret saying that🤣 thanks for watching🙂👍
sounds sweet mate. I have a new fs 40 like you say not a commercial strimmer but my 1st one never missed a beat for 15 + years. it will sell no probs being stihl 👍👍
She sounds good. Job well done
Hi I was pleased with this one, very quick fix and runs better than I thought it would😄 thanks for watching🙂👍

Never had to replace a carb on a stihl product. Wonder why it failed. It's the echos that have garbage carbs
