Never compare the worst baseline run to the best modified run or you'll be reporting erroneous power gains. The car stock dynod 453hp x1 and 454hp x2 so you'd average that to 454hp stock. The modified runs were 454hp, 456hp, 458hp so that averages to 456hp. The average realistic gain was therefore 2hp for the halltech intake vs the stock box with kn filter
I've seen Paragon's Halltech testing and it was about 10 HP gains. The airflow coming in was much better than K&Ns in their test. Was hoping this would show more improvement in general tho!
I wonder if it is possible that since the car was not moving to push air into the CAI, could that lessen the affect of the CAI? Would it do anything different if a fan was blowing into each side pushing air into the CAI? Sorry if already been said…..
It's clear the airbox is larger than stock, so that would probably accommodate the modest gains over the K&N, but what would it look like with an inter-chiller. Still waiting to hear more about the ECU being cracked by Trifecta.
This test needed to be done with a stock filter. The K&N Filter for sure makes more power then a stock filter. Please retest and send me a twin turbo kit for my c8 to put on my channel with a whopping 700 subs. 🤣 You will get your money back in like two weeks.

Also good to mention that we had a high flow drop in filter at baseline. So there was slight improvement over that!
