Quick FYI, the GNSS has to be within bluetooth range of the phone in order to control or read it. During both crashes the unit was still recording, it was just too far from the phone for you to stop and read it. At 2:50, the 38.4 mph reading was the last signal the phone received (either as you were starting the run or when it passed you). When you are close enough and the phone "sees" the GNSS, the stop button turns blue.
I agree... with that GNSS gps system in particular your vehicle usually has to be at a complete stop and near to you/your phone for it to "Read". There's absolutely no way your vehicle can be a good distance away from you and you think that, that gnss is going to "Read"(that's why it doesn't enable the "Read" button)💯💯💯
I have a 2WD Stampede and upgraded the ESC and Motor to the VXL system too. It flies pretty good. Wonder if it makes a difference in speed between the 2WD VXL and a 4X4 VXL? Same Speed or would one be faster than the other? I have no clue, but I am curious...
hope you feel better jay tee hope you get you voice back you dont sound the same like you did in you other videoes get well soon im on my moms comp this is her son typing this to you
My Traxxas 2wd vxl will do over 75 mph with high speed pinion but can't keep the front down! But can wheelie all day long at a sufficient speed! Wonder what a 4x4 upgrade would cost! Have any thoughts JT? Was thinking of making it a drag truck!! Gotta love the stampede!!👍👍👽😎
Hi Jay Tee, that surprised me. The fastest I've had a rc car is 75 kilometres. I'm wondering what a kraton exb on 4s will do. Looking at buying the exb roler
Wow! Way more stable than I would have thought (not a Stampede guy), and those tires don't look to be ballooning much... Does it just look more stable than an Arrma 4S, or is it your peerless driving?
Traxxas must do their gearing right. Cuz I put a 2200kv Traxxas motor in my Mojave and it was slower than the UDR and the Mojave is lighter. The Spectrum 2050 KV Motor is faster than the 2200kv Traxxas motor. That Stampede would blow the doors off my Pro 4
Jay Tee my friend how has it been going for you man ! ?….. I just recently bought back a Traxxas stampede 4x4 vxl and I’m still geared stock at I think it is 11 pinion 54 spur. Let me know what stock gearing is….. but I believe I am right about the 11/54. I’m only able to pull 28-30 mph on 2S and 42-43 almost 44 on 3S. You think a gearing of 20 pinion and 54 spur is too much for the stampede ? LOL!!!!!.
My favorite truck of all time. I had the nitro model, never got into brushless until Arrma got popular. That thing jams for sure!
You’ve got me now searching for a stampede 4x4!!! Addictive!
The PEDE is STILL AMAZING 👌 Looking shiny as is, I Love it Jay!!!
Always love a VXL Stampede lots of fun...lol 😎
Wow! That thing flyes. Never had a Stampede. Very cool
Crazy speed for a monster-truck😮⚡️👍
I started with a standard stampede
that was my jam... then t maxx and now xmaxx and maxx
60 mph on 3s!!!!! jeeeeez
Yikes I did not know that a stampede can go like that! Thank u.
Nice speed passes sir Jay Tee!!!
Stampede 4 vxl is one of my favorites!

I had 2 wheel drive Stanpede once. It was just the brushed version. Brushless power is so much better

Still the only monster truck rc I ever owned.
That’s awesome bro! 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
😄😄 there went everything!

it's $379 for a VXL and $299 for brushed 4x4
Wow, I was expecting fancy belted tires! Remember the old Anacondas? 😄

Awesome video. Thanks
Glad you liked it!
Any chance I can get a current parts list on the stampede?!?
I have the same car but the rear wheels are inward. Is that the case with yours too?
Picking up my First Stampede 4X4 VXL tomorrow. After 37 RCs time to get one.....lol
nice!!!
@@JayTeeRC just picked it up. 😁
can you please let me know of exact name info that you had to buy to make it go 60+ mph?
cause i know stock it goes 30+
Pushing it to the limit.👍

yes. it will overheat. here I am running a 16t
have you done anything with the slipper clutch? I've messed with it so many times and I assume there has to be a better solution to it?
Check out the live video I just put out
@@JayTeeRC aight
Stampede 4x4VXL goes 65mph out of the box. If you put a 20 tooth pinion gear on it. 65mph
Yeah but the included speed gear was a 16 tooth if I recall
I cant get mine to drive that straight lol!
Mines on 3s you got any links for parts
Standard parts are modified?
The body acts like an umbrella for wind. Do speed runs without the body.
Let’s get some corvette content
bet!!!
