There is a military checkpoint and destroyed military convoys, which you can go back and forth from eachother, to the left of Arlington Farm. In servers, you kinda have to wait for feasts. If you want to get Military Stuff, Barbwire, Guns and Knives real quick, I suggest that place.
The golf course is good, lots of blue berries near it, normal there is a vehicle, food, a canteen and good weapons spawn there also just to the north of it there is a helicopter crash that is an easy way to get army stuff. If you pick up some sand bags, block the helicopter up and stand on it then it is safe to kill a mega zombie with melee. Easy gear.

police stations also spawn ranger loot but seattle police stations can spawn really good stuff in the prison part like sometimes rpgs yuris ect.

also if you get futher up to the camp grounds you will find a ufo crash which will spawn rails and sometimes shadow stalker

I have 2000+ hours in unturned and in any server, DO NOT GO TO OLYMPIA unless your’re the only one on or you know the people and or their nice
or you have ample gear to wipe whoever’s there, and go at night

RoboKast Gaming since the bases were so high I took them over and had to destroy all the stairs it took like 6 hours in total
I allways take police stations they have pretty good guns
