You can do this manually by unhiding the sheets. Otherwise just create a button on the form and target the item master number to delete the row to update.

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial, it's has been really helpful. Please I need some assistance on some excel work am doing. I use the If function where I compared two items from different sheets and if true, it should subtract the quantity from other quantity and its working perfectly but the problem is if I don't start the calculations from the top to bottom, the function will not work. I want the calculations to work even if I choose any cell in the middle or anywhere.

As per your tutorial, I created the same inventory system but I am in trouble in the calculation of inventory if product names are duplicates.
please let me know how to do if product names are duplicates (we are updating our product name list and qty as per PO. in that items may be repeated)
so please suggest me how to Extract a Unique product list from Product master to Inventory.

Hi Pk. Thank you so much for this. This lockdown I utilised to learn vba from you. I suggest if you can validate stock before selling a product. In this if stock is zero, we are able to sell the product and stock is getting updated to negative. Can you please reply me how to validate that to avoid selling if the stock is 0

Excelent work. Well done and thank you for your work. One question pls. Although I do some experimental purchase and sales, the Purchase, Sale and Profit boxes do not change their values and they all show "zero" values. Any idea why is this happening ? All the remaining boxes i.e. inventory amt and quantity are changing correctly. Thank you again .
