I started riding last year. I will be 65 in a few days. Age is only a number. As long as you are physically fit and mentally with it you can do it. I love my Honda CBR250R. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Hi Gwen, I totally understand what you mean about finding women of a mature status putting out beginner information and just being real about it. I’ve got a couple of videos that I’m trying to figure out how to put together because the truth is I don’t know how to edit. I’m working on it with an update.

The similarities, June 30th is my wedding anniversary/42 years. Also I am 61 years old female. 06/06/1959. I love riding my motorcycle so much I will ride alone if I have to. I rode for about 10 years and then my son wanted to ride and how could I say no to him when I enjoyed it so much. We do ride together and there's nothing like it. I live in Colorado and have traveled through the years all over the United States totaling about 150,000 miles, 0 accidents. I don't ride when I'm sick. I'm 100% whenever I start my bike. I enjoyed your story, and hope you make more. - stories about your miles!

Awesome Linita! My girlfriend is a "returning" rider. I ride as well. She purchased a 2000 Honda Shadow Aero 1100 C3, picked it up in South San Fran, I had to ride it home for her because it was running so poorly. I had to re-build the carbs. That was almost 2 years ago. We ride all over now, living in Northern California has it's benefits! We even ride to Reno once a year. I'm on a 2006 Yamaha Stratoliner S (1900). I've ridden all kinds of bikes, starting at age 10! Anyway, I look forward to watching your other video's, figured I'd start with your first one. It's really awesome that your daughter rides as well actually brought a tear to my eye seeing her give you a ride. I remember giving my Dad a ride on my motorcycle back in the late 80's. My girlfriend and I are in our early 50's... :-)

I’m glad your girlfriend is returning to riding. I always say you’re never too old to start a new hobby that brings you life happiness. I Used to live in South San Francisco for a few years before I moved across to the East Bay. My daughter is really the influence behind me wanting to ride. I haven’t ridden in the last few months cause it’s been cold. I’ll be back soon and hopefully with a new bike. Thanks for subscribing, I truly appreciate it. There were nights where I could not sleep because I kept thinking and saying to myself what am I doing? my inner energy kept telling me I could do it and if I could do it you could do it. I’ll be 63 in a few months and Sunday, January 17, 2021, a day I’ll never forget, was my first day on the freeway, of course I was riding with my daughter. Once you take the classes you will know whether it’s something you want to pursue or not. Don’t be afraid when you’re taking the classes, keep telling yourself you can do this!
