I started riding last year. I will be 65 in a few days. Age is only a number. As long as you are physically fit and mentally with it you can do it. I love my Honda CBR250R. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

The similarities, June 30th is my wedding anniversary/42 years. Also I am 61 years old female. 06/06/1959. I love riding my motorcycle so much I will ride alone if I have to. I rode for about 10 years and then my son wanted to ride and how could I say no to him when I enjoyed it so much. We do ride together and there's nothing like it. I live in Colorado and have traveled through the years all over the United States totaling about 150,000 miles, 0 accidents. I don't ride when I'm sick. I'm 100% whenever I start my bike. Awesome Linita! My girlfriend is a "returning" rider. I ride as well. She purchased a 2000 Honda Shadow Aero 1100 C3, picked it up in South San Fran, I had to ride it home for her because it was running so poorly. I had to re-build the carbs. That was almost 2 years ago. We ride all over now, living in Northern California has it's benefits! We even ride to Reno once a year. I'm on a 2006 Yamaha Stratoliner S (1900). I've ridden all kinds of bikes, starting at age 10! Anyway, I look forward to watching your other video's, figured I'd start with your first one. It's really awesome that your daughter rides as well actually brought a tear to my eye seeing her give you a ride. I remember giving my Dad a ride on my motorcycle back in the late 80's. My girlfriend and I are in our early 50's... :-)

I'm 58... took beginner's course like eighteen years ago..went to kauai..no rental cars, just morotrcycles... I was on the back...but wanna learn again..and want yo be driving it
I was 60 and so scared. I didnt get out of the parking lot for a month. Now my husband and I go on rides together and are planning a 3 week trip for next year.

Wow you give me strength to do it. I just got a motorcycle signed up for classes. But the day I bought it. I couldn’t sleep I was scared 😱. It has been a week since I got and I love ❤️ my bike. I am 50 and didn’t know how to ride a bicycle. I learned 3 months ago and now my motorcycle. I am scared 😱 though
Mary Ulloa It’s OK to be scared, I was scared too! There were nights where I could not sleep because I kept thinking and saying to myself what am I doing? my inner energy kept telling me I could do it and if I could do it you could do it. I’ll be 63 in a few months and Sunday, January 17, 2021, a day I’ll never forget, was my first day on the freeway, of course I was riding with my daughter. Once you take the classes you will know whether it’s something you want to pursue or not. Don’t be afraid when you’re taking the classes, keep telling yourself you can do this! As soon as I heal from that I’m gonna be back to making videos. But I just wanted to tell you that taking your time is the best way to learn. I was the only female in the class that I took and I must’ve dropped the bike five times before walking away and crying like a baby. I gave myself a few months and took the class again through a college and ended up passing it. My point is I still take my time when I go out and practice/ride. I still haven’t perfected anything but I’m doing it on my own terms. Don’t rush it, you got this!

Please take a motorcycle safety course if you haven't. And please, dress for the ride. Absolutely not flip flops and at the very least jeans and gloves! I started riding at 59, got my endorsement and rode for two seasons. I had to sell my Virago 535 due to a divorce. Now at 70 I bought a Honda shadow Spirit 750 and hoping I can still ride safely. We're not dead yet, and our generation was and still is the best!
