I think the yellow sinking and looking more like paint might be more important then getting them centered. The painters wouldn't pay attention to wall details, they'd just fit in the parking spots as they could. Either way, its looking great!
You could always offset the entire walls by half a stud to line up with your yellow lines, then you could have them flush with the ground! The cracks and the weeds look fantastic btw :)
I love the way you made the cracks in the wall, what if you carried that worn down look to the road that leads to the parking lot? Just an idea, but keep up the great progress!

That's a great look with the cracks adding that extra bit of interesting detail along with the arches.
